Pure Hookah Lounge

Review: First of all I walked in this hookah lounge it was my first time and it was me and 3 others of my friends, none of us got carded for ID, I went in and asked if they sell hookahs and they said yes, they were trying to sell me something over priced and I said no thanks and he went in the back and got another hookah he said he'll sell for 50$ first he didnt give me a hole for it but I made it slide because he said all holes work, so I gave him the money and waited for my receipt and one was never even printed so I was observing and someone bought a hookah to smoke there and they didnt give them a receipt either and he walked away from me so I just left, I came home and the hookah was a used hookah very dirty and my hole didnt even work on it I was very upset but I went in around 1:30 AM and it closed at 2:00 AM so I couldnt return it that night. so they next day I went back when I got off work, and told them my problem and if they want I just want 40$ back from the 50$ they said no, they said they dont do refuns, and I told them they didnt have a sign up stating that and so said they dont need one, and ALSO they didnt card us again, so they started getting upset that I wanted my money back and started yelling so I admint I was raising my voice as well, then he stated, "you dont have proof I sold it to you where's your receipt" and they all started laughing in my face then they said get out your waisting our time your trespassing started taking pictures of me then they grabbed my hookah they sold me and took it in the back and smoked out of it saying see it works, just being very rude and disrespectful to me. then said, "if you were nicer we would of gave you your money" after earlier saying they dont do refunds there boss wont let them. they wouldnt even give me there bosses name or number.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back, I took pictures of the walls showing they have no refund on it or licences that they can even sell hookahs nor they wouldnt show me. they said they have cameras so you can review the tape of what happen aswell. they didnt even let me exchange it. all I want is my 50$ back.
