Review: I purchased some hair worth $200 that was a wet and wavy style of hair. I only had the hair installed in my hair for the approximately 2weeks and the hair has matted into a afro hairball. I went to the store to make a complaint that the hair did not meet requirements like normal wear and tear and he became extremely rude I called the company where the hair came from to see what can be done and the have no empathy for an unsatisfied customer who spent as much as I did. I also came in the store with intentions of purchasing more hair and beauty products I'm am in extreme discussed and..Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back and I will not return to the store for future purchases. They are not a company that stand behind their product.
