I used Q Construction after hail stormOwner claimed he was bonded, insured, etcMy insurance knew of him as did my mortgage companyBoth reflected a positive business experience
However when it came to the work Q Construction used workers who short cut did sloppy or poor workI had to continuously contact the owners to get work correctedA year later they still are correcting work done a year ago
The owner promises to make good, but he is a victim of poor work force and apparently a disregard in my wish's to redo work using better qualified workersWork is still not complete a year into project

Review: Back in 2010 I have a new roof put on my house by [redacted]. One day I was downstairs in my living room, when I saw water dripping through the ceiling fan; due to the heavy rain we had this summer I find out it was coming from one of the pipe boots on top of the roof.This created damage in the attic( the wood around the pipe, dry wall in the ceiling downstairs etc.)I called [redacted] to let him know, and few days later he sent somebody to stop the leak for the moment; and some other time they'll come back to fixe it right.Weeks later I called [redacted] to see when He was going to start on the project, when He informed me that the roof is out of the warranty; that He was only going to fixe the pipe boot. At that point I told him the leak is been going since day one and I can prove it due to the heavy rain we had this summer ( you can also see it on the wood ).I had called [redacted] several times and I got no answer. Last time I left him a message and I did not get any responce.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to stand behind his work and fixe this issue so we don't have to take this any further Thanks .
