Review: I have contacted the company twice to attempt to get a return authorization so I can return this product...no response. I have tried using their provided email address "[redacted]", which does not work. Even the "submit feedback" area of their website is nonfunctional.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund.

1/22/12 and 11/24/12 Ms. [redacted] emailed us via our website comments

page requesting a return. Unknown to us at the time the comments page

was not forwarding the comments to the appropriate email account hence

we did not have immediate access to her comments to us. On 11/27/12 Ms.

[redacted] contacted us via [redacted] which I responded to within hours. I

immediately took action to firstly handle her return to her satisfaction

and secondly investigate the technical problem with our web page.

We

emailed Ms. [redacted] on 11/28/12, 11/29/12, and again Friday, 11/30/12 to

apologize for any inconvenience as well as extend an offer to pay for

the return shipping to resolve this issue, and reiterating that we'd

gladly waive any re-stocking fee associated with her return.

Review: I placed an order for this product at the end of March and never received it. It is now September. When I ordered it, I did get a message that it was out of stock and that I would receive it as soon as they got another shipment in. However, I have e-mailed this company multiple times and have heard nothing. I tried to call the number they have listed on their website, and I got an automated message saying that it is not a working number. I believe that they are taking people's money with no intention of fulfilling their orders at any time. I also think that they are purposely making themselves impossible to reach.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as I never received this product. I also think that this company which appears to be nothing more than a scam should be shut down.

The following is the response of Q-Redew Products LLC to commplaints registered in Revdex.com (Revdex.com) Case [redacted]. We have been working with the complaint filer, Ms. [redacted], to resolve the matter, and are pleased to report the following. We would appreciate your updating of Revdex.com records for Q-Redew Products LLC accordingly. Q-Redew Products embarked on an initial retail launch of its product March 2012 via an online e-commerce sales platform at www.qredew.com. An out-of-stock position quickly ensued. Our website's transaction page was, per our understanding from our web-master, locked to prevent orders from being placed by customers while the product was out-of-stock. A message indicating we were out of stock was posted on the website's transaction page, and website visitors were encouraged to sign up for a newsletter that would inform them when the product was once again available for sale. Our intent was to not take any retail customer orders while we were out-of-stock (e.g. we did not want to take any pre-orders). Due to a website administrative error, Ms. [redacted]'s product order was accepted by our site when it should not have been. Fortunately, her credit card was never billed (though an authorization may have been carried by her credit card issuer). It is the practice of Q-Redew Products to not bill customer credit cards until the order has shipped, so Ms. [redacted]'s credit card was not at risk of being charged for product that was not shipped to her. Unfortunately, we were not aware of the fact she was able to place an order and was waiting for a response from us until only a week ago (as explained below) We can certainly understand Ms. [redacted]'s frustration, however. Her frustration was likely compounded by the fact that our website carried a typographical error in our phone number (one digit was misprinted... it should've read [redacted]). This typo was not discovered by us until a week ago as a result of this complaint - and of course was quickly corrected upon our discovery. In addition, since we were not taking retail transactions following March, we did not regularly check messages posted to our transactions site - as we believed the store was officailly closed. We regularly checked other email addresses associated with the website - specifically [redacted] and [redacted]. But, again, we did not check messages associated with the shopping cart page as we were under the impression from our web developer that customers were blocked from accessing the shopping cart page. Our website re-opened for business last week (early September) as we reeived a shipment available for retail sale. As we re-opened the website transaction page in anticipation of future incoming orders, we were shocked to see a pending order from Ms. [redacted]. As explained above, we were under the impression that no customers could place orders during the March-September out-of-stock period. We contacted Ms. [redacted] to explain the situation. We took full blame for the unfortunate adminstrative/technology error, and again reiterated our compete understanding of her frustration with an undelivered product. We pointed out to her that fortunately her credit card had never been billed for the transaction. And we were thankful to Ms. [redacted] for uncovering the administrative/technical problem with our website - it allowed us to correct the problems to avoid trouble for future customers of Q-Redew Products. We have resolved the issue with the above-mentioned explanation offered to Ms [redacted] via email communications, and as a gesture of our appreciation for her understanding mailed her a free unit of our product free of charge.
