within 60 days from the original order date. By the time this order was produced, shipped, returned and was credited it had past that time frame so the credit to the VISA card would not go through. [redacted] (via [redacted]) was then contacted to obtain the VISA credit card information in order to get the credit processed manually. This credit was processed and posted on 7/** for the $156.21. We apologized for the inconvenience and communication error and worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
