On December 18, 2017 washed my truck at the Alta Mere Car wash during the car wash the roller ripped the Eyebrow Clearance lights off the top of my truck. The staff told me that insurance would take care of it. They filed the paperwork and took pictures of the damage. I made several calls. Jose called me and told me that the insurance company was processing the claim. After 3 weeks I went to the store and Michael the Mgr. of the store told me they do not cover damage on any vehicle over 6 years old. I don't understand why a vehicle with damage by their equipment has anything to do with the vehicle being over 6 years old. I own several older model vehicles which I had been using Q wash to keep clean. These vehicles are all well maintained by me. I also have 2 newer model vehicles that were on a monthly account for my everyday truck and my wife's car. We are discontinuing the service. I did notice their plaque inside that said to always take care of the customer. however I guess that means until their is really a problem on our side then just can the customer. I advise you to not use Q wash if there is a problem from their equipment they will not take care of your issues. I wonder if I accidentally damaged their equipment if they would make me pay for the damages?

Review: I had my car washed on November 3, 2014 at Q Speedash as it had just opened and I wanted to give them a shot. As my car went through the automated car wash I noticed that my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light went on my dashboard. As my car wash was finishing, the staff came to the exit to tell my that my tire was flat. As I eased out of the car wash and exited my vehicle, it was evident that the tire was flat. Upon inspection I noticed that during the car wash, my valve stem wash sheared off. I had filled out an "incident report" and was given a card for [redacted]- which states "Operations Director" for Q Speedwash and was told he would contact me within the week. I waited a week and hadn't heard from [redacted], so I called him. He seemed like a decent guy on the phone and told me to get it fixed and that they would submit it to insurance. I went to the local dealer and had it fixed, and was shocked when the bill was $150. I called [redacted] and told him that I had the bill and I sent a copy to him. He said it would take 2-4 weeks to get it processed. I waited 4 weeks and hadn't heard a thing from anyone at Q Speedwash or received my reimbursement check so I called [redacted] again. He told me the check was "in the mail" so I waited another 3 days- and still nothing.

I called [redacted] around December 15 again and told him what was going on. He told me that he had submitted a claim and that he would have them send me another check. It is now January 13, 2015 and I tried to call [redacted] to tell him that I hadn't received my check yet- but it went straight to voicemail.Desired Settlement: I want Q Speed Wash to send my reimbursement check immediately for $150 as promised by [redacted].

Review: I went to this business and paid for there monthly wash plan, which included their best was they offer. As I went through the wash my driver side-view mirror was snapped forward in the wrong direction which in turn broke the plastic inside of it and made the mirror fall of when I left. I went back and informed them of the issue and the district manager and the owner of the company said, "Sorry but we can't do anything for you because the video footage did not show it fall off." even though the footage did show that it was bent in the wrong direction. they had informed me that there was not enough "evidence" for them to help me and then washed their hands with the issued and continued on.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace my side-view mirror because I went to get a repair quote and it is going to cost me 300 dollars to replace what their car wash broke.
