As we have responded multiple times:As per the Revdex.com's rules ( [redacted] ), complaints regarding a business that is closed is not under the purview of your organization.Furthermore, complaints asking for compensation in excess of what was paid for services rendered is also not under the purview of the Revdex.com.Please stop contacting usThe Revdex.com should remove this complaint completely as this is explicitly in violation of your terms and is bordering on harassment

To Whom It May Concern,This complaint is lacking merit as the the order was not placed through our companyThe original order was placed through *** and thus they are the custodians for the orderThe order was not placed through our companyAs per *** terms and conditions, the
customer should contact them directly for any problemsThe customer refused to contact the website where he placed an order to resolve the matterIn addition, he was given a full refund from *** and additional credits/points.The customer has threatened our staff/company repeatedly with lawsuits including impersonating a lawyer, bad Yelp reviews, and other negative forms of publicity if we did not provide an arbitrary cash payment for three garments of clothesPlease see the attached screenshots.Furthermore, we are no longer accepting orders and our company is no longer operationalThis is made clear via our website As per the Revdex.com's rules (***), complaints regarding a business that is closed is not under the purview of your organizationFurthermore, complaints asking for compensation in excess of what was paid is also not under the purview of the Revdex.comAs per the screenshots, the customer has confirmed that he has been fully refunded for the order and is seeking additional compensation beyond what was paid. We request that this complaint is immediately dismissed and removed from your system for the aforementioned reasons.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

There is no evidence this business is no longer operating.  They do not appear to have filed any paperwork with the state, advising them that the business has been dissolved, and I called them after filing this complaint, and the employee who answered the phone said that she was not aware that the business was no longer operating.Again, I am  seeking compensation for the value of the clothing articles which the business lost, nothing more.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Firstly, I am not impersonating an attorney. I am a licensed attorney, and am attempting to settle this matter via the Revdex.com complaint process before bringing suit against the company.   Second, under New York bailment law, the [redacted] is liable for the loss of the missing items. Third, I have contacted [redacted] several times, and they have also confirmed that the [redacted] is responsible for compensating me for the loss.  [redacted] refunded me $26.44 - the amount that was paid to [redacted] for the cleaning order. It did not reimburse me for the value of the lost items.  Fourth, the respondent claims that the [redacted] is currently out of business, but this was directly contradicted by the employee who answered my telephone call to them on Friday, April **, 2017.  Their website also appear to be fully operational, and no mention is made of their closing the business. They also do not appear to have filed any of the required documents with the New York State Division of Corporations notifying them of their closure.  Fifth, The respondent has not provided any explanation/defense for why he tendered a bad check to me for $173.56, a misdemeanor under New York law. Finally, I did write a negative review of the [redacted]'s service on [redacted].  They have exhibited deplorable customer service in connection with this matter over the past 3 months, including, but not limited to, going so far as sending me a bad check.
