Q10 Property Advisors

Q10 recently took over Perla Park 10, which is a hotel, airbnb, hotel-apts, changes all the time. The broken a lot of laws, just since they took over. They had construction or "demolitions" start immediately, destroying the 4th fl, then telling everyone they had to move to the 2nd fl or be evicted. People were very upset, with all the noise and chaos, wanting to file a class action. I spoke w/ Shaun the mnger before Q10, he agreed it was dysfunctional & causing problems since Q10 wasn't familar w/ the property. He agreed the owner should know, so I emailed Jacob Saour to politely let him know what was happening and ppl wanting to file a lawsuit, all the noise, etc. I'd been trying to move to the 2nd fl for months only to be given the run around by the mngers then. Shaun kept giving me keys to 232 that wouldn't allow me to move in. I got tired of it and let it go. Then he tells me last week that he about ppl who weren't in the system staying in it and next to it, etc. So he moved me to 216 gave me keys to move in. I cleaned the carpet, since the carpets are filthy w/ dog poop, etc. Then S. Crew w/ Q10 copied me an email she sent the owner. There are so many lies in it. She emails me told me to meet w/ her to sign a lease. She's in the lobby, a woman was before me, stood up aggressively and started pointing her finger at S. Crew and threatening her about something. So I walked across the lobby, Crew started aggressively telling / motioning for me to come over. I waited till the angry woman left. Then Crew started being rude to me, would interrupt, not let me talk and said "Jacob & Adam won't let you stay or offer you another room, you have to leave." Why? I've never been violated any policy, never late w/ my payment (which I'm being charged more than most guests) it was a lie. Then she said the construction, which you could hear banging / pounding even so loud, could be as loud as they wanted because they we're doing "demolition" and don't need permits for demolition!" That too was a lie. She didn't even know Shaun had already given me room 216 w/ keys. I emailed the owner. He emailed me back immediately and said "No one ever said to evict you (me). I'll get you an AC if you need it. Tell Shaun / Q10." and other nice comments. S. Crew refused to adhere to what the owner Jacob Saour said, and she became even ruder, and more lies. Q10 is giving me 2 DAYS TO VACATE? Since the construction was so LOUD, I went to rm 216 to steam clean it again, and accidently left the key it. Another resident emailed Shaun, who gave me a key to the room I'm in 323. I told Shaun I needed rm 216. He refused and said he had already giving it to someone else and they've moved their things in. That was also a lie, there was NOTHING IN THE ROOM, just my carpet cleaner. This is extremely illegal and dangerous. Shaun even refused to give me my carpet cleaner and became extremely rude...other guests have Shaun has at least 9 or more rooms for family / friends not in the system. I'm 74 y/o lady who gets along with everyone here. Even getting Shaun his managers job, helping his daughters get scholarships, and anyone who needs help, I'm there. Crew said to show her Jacobs email then she'll let me stay. I sent her the email from the owner. Crew became even worse. Then I get an email from Stephanie Graves saying they were being directed by Jacob, who had already told me he never said that. Jacob won't stand up to these mean (in my opinion) women who in my opinion are extremely unprofessional. Crew said she and Shaun went door to door letting guests know what was happening and they HAD TO sign a 3 month lease and move the 2nd floor immediately. Shaun said it was "crazy" to put everyone on the 2nd fl, there are more dogs, pits and other large aggressive dogs than ppl. there are a lot of guest who fight, carry guns, smoke, drink and do drugs and have NEVER paid one penny and have been there at least 7 or more months. And they're wrongfully evicting me, a 74 y/o small woman, who's in Houston bc my brother has cancer. STOP THE WRONGFUL EVICTION. I'm a paralegal, I know the law, and will fight this. I've managed resorts, wrked at an apt in Austin. What they're doing to me is harassment, ELDER ABUSE, and illegal. STOP THE ELDER ABUSE. Btw, there were 2 elderly ladies who had lived at Perla Park 10, they were quiet and nice. Someone in management (before Q10) shut off their electricity intentionally, which almost killed one of the ladies who was on a breathing machine. The management didn't care, again before Q10. But, Q10 is basically doing the same to me. STOP! Telling me to be out when I've done nothing wrong and you're ignoring the owner.
