A week before his temporary tags died he contacted me informing of his concern about passing D.Cinspection with his check engine light onHe said that he didn't have any money to repair the vehicle and wanted to know if he could borrow it from meDuring this conversation he told me that his sister filed something with THE Revdex.com in his behalf and that he was against it, but since he didn't have the money to repair the vehicle he didn't stop her.
