We have a toll free number and service techs to help with issuesThey are there to help diagnose issues and solve problems with machinesYou need to call and let one of our techs help you figure out whay is wrong and what will fix it###-###-####If you need replacement parts, you can go directly to the manufacturers parts website at [redacted]

again that is our only offer - return the merchandise for a refundIf you do not want to return it then this transaction is over and so is this complaint

I dont have any info on their issue, what part is damaged? Please send a picture of the damage and a statement to my email address at [email protected] and I will look into having it warrantied for you, but I will need more infoJordan is not the only person that works here and anyone can help with issueshe is just a salesman and not in parts or service departmentplease send more info on part needed and I can further assist you

I checked into records on this claimHe purchased 2-15-15, I see 3-3-we send a new carb for this machine under warranty (fedex 773036293075) then in October when the machine was out of the six month warranty, he requested new fastenersI put in a claim for them but the manufacturer made product changes to the machine and no longer has the fastenersI will send an email to them and see if I can re-request them for this customercant guarantee though

We have no problem replacing any engine parts that are needed as there is a one-year engine warranty on them Our [redacted] Jordan was referring You to YouTube videos because it's an easy way for you to see the part actually getting changed out via video for easy instruction and instant availability, so you wouldn't have to wait If you are still having issues please call our toll-free number at ###-###-#### and speak to technical support and let's verify exactly what party are needed, so we can get you a warranty claim code so you can get the part that you need

This customer purchased a dirt bike and filed a complaint regarding the operation of the unitMrs*** initially sent an email to our service department complaining that her unit would not stay running; a service technician replied to her message with directions on how to "unstick" the float
on her carburetor, which was likely the culprit of her issuesThe service technician also provided our telephone number and advised her to call our toll-free sales line if she had further issues.Mrs*** subsequently sent another email, claiming not to have heard anything back from QPowersportsIncluded in the email was a bill for service - the total invoice included charges only for labor and service - $for parts, which is what is covered under our 1-year internal engine warrantyHad Mrs*** needed to replace any parts on her dirt bike, we would have happily sent them to her at no expenseHowever, because the charges were incurred solely because she chose to have a repair shop perform those services, we are not able to offer reimbursement for those chargesIt is also worth pointing out that a portion of the expense incurred by Mrs*** is for the service of installing a throttle limiter - which is not offered on the dirt bike Mrs*** purchased and would never be covered under any warranty or eligible for reimbursement

I'm going to start out by saying that this customer is very arrogant and self-centeredHe came into the shop and demanded to speak to our CEO and referred to him as tattoo boy and proceeded to insult our businessI'll have you know that tattoo boy is a multimillionaire that owns businesses
including a large real estate companyFor you to speak down to him was comical and he should have put you in your place. We were handling this customer underneath warranty like we would handle anyone else he was upset because it wasn't on his timeline and done as fast as he would likeWe will not be refunding this customer if you would like we will take care of him under warranty like anyone elseHe ended up leaving with a service ticket and left his machine at our shopIf he does not come back with a service ticket, or come back to fill out a new service ticket we will be charging him $a day storage for his machine that he's had for four weeks in his possession I'm not too sure why he feels he get special treatment, although we are taking care of him under warrantyI'm also going to point out that he did not take the labor warranty which means he will be charge for labor on anything that we work on. we will take care of his machine under warranty like his paperwork outlines, but labor is not coveredHe passed on that coverage when he pur***d the machine, trying to save money

We are willing to offer a $refund if that satisfies the customerMost all the Chinese Pink Camo ATV bodies have what looks to be wearing camo pattern, but it is in everyone of them like it was a mass production error by the manufacturer, but not as terrible as you describe it to be

If the customer brings back the work order we have no problem doing the work and covering anything that is covered under warranty under the warranty We are willing to stand behind our advertised warranty and take care of the customer as such

Revdex.com:this is bs

Unfortunate the $75 was for the original diagnosis of your moped which we stand behind. Our mechanic measured your crankshaft and it is off and it may run fine now but your engine bearings will end up failing and you will get a vibration when normally operating the machine. If not now eventually. We...

could have gave you a quick cheap fix also but did not and wanted to fix it the right way. We deny this claim and have no intentions on refunding anything for this claim. The customer went the cheap route and will eventually wish they didn't.

This is obviously a business tthat has no desire to take any responsibility for their poor product and even less desire to try to make things right with a good paying customer.   I have said before I contacted q9 through emails and phone calls with no intentions of them making things right. When they made it clear to us they were not going to fix the issues with the dirt bike, we unfortunately had to seek help elsewhere so our son had his easter present.    I forwarded q9 a copy of the receipt of the body shop we had to take it to because they refused to fix the bike. As I stated in that email to q9 we had a speed limiter put on the bike while it was there. That has nothing to do with the bike issues. That was trying to kill two birds with one stone.   Bottom line, this company has made it clear time and time again through emails, phone calls and now the Revdex.com that they will not do anything about the faulty product they sold us and that we owned for a few days and never got to enjoy. It's unfortunate for us, our son and the company that this is how they respond to an obvious unhappy customer.    We have learned a valuable lesson through this ordeal. Do not order these type of items online and definitely not from q9. Also we are lucky to have found motorsports shop in our area that will help and have every intention of having happy customers.    We hoped q9 would come to their senses and acknowledge we had a bad experience with them and try to make things right. Because that's what's important. Not the faulty bike but how the company responded to it. The best thing we can do now is to try to make people aware of this company and hopefully save other families from having to go through something like this.
