Review: I ordered a QFlex from this company and it is defective. I asked for a new one to replace it. Instead they said they would send a piece and I could glue it on and I said no way I want a new one. The item was defective when I received it. They would not send me a prepaid shipping label to return it to get my money back and I refused to pay for the shipping since I did not pay for it to begin with. They put $5.00 in my paypal account which I also refused to accept. I want a replacement for this Qflex and I want them to send me a prepaid label. The piece came in the mail and I have not opened the package. This is a company that had been on Shark tank.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement of the defective item not a piece in the mail to repair it no, no no.This is all I will accept with no outlay of money on my part.
