Review: I have been charged overdraft fees for two items and also a 7.00 charge for them to move 4 cents from my savings to my checking. A total of $77 dollars. My wife contacted customer service and talked to someone who was not very helpful what so ever. She was told that payments could be processed up to midnight. When checking our account online at 11:30 a direct deposit of my pay check was shown, but not the two online payments. The next morning the payments were there plus two $35 overdraft charges and the $7.00 charge.Desired Settlement: I would like the $77 in charges to be reversed.

It is unfortunate that the available balance was $0.04.Because [redacted] had reversed multiple overdraft fees in the past for [redacted] and [redacted] and he and [redacted] had been advised that this courtesy would not be repeated in the future, the overdraft fees for the two items which overdrew his account on August 7, 2014, one for $111.00 and another for $273.00, were not reversed.An ACH credit did post on August 8, 2014, which means the funds were not available at the close of business on August 7, 2014, although they may have shown as a memo credit at 11:30 pm.
