After QR lending not paying our supposed escrow property taxes and contacting them several times about it they finally said they would be paid within days months later we received second notice from the county about our delinquent taxes Our names will now be posted in the local newspaper for everyone to see that we don't pay taxes on time We have written down every time we called and who we talked to and will now be embarrassedHorrible lending and customer service Do not bank with them unless you want to be publicly embarrassed

Horrible lending and customer service. Do not bank with them unless you want to be publicly embarrassed.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had just happened with the representatives at QR Lending. They were not helpful at any point, and were quite argumentative and rash, even though they agreed that the point I was explaining was correct. I wish there was something I could do resolve this situation but outside of selling my house there isn't. If you're looking into mortgage companies I would recommend avoiding this one. You can get equal rates elsewhere with more quality customer service.
