I am here responding the complaint case above that I received on March 4, Due to
untruthful of the customer’s statement, I spent longtime look into the matterAfter review, I found the customer stopped using our service on 8/30/The merchant called in for cancellation on 10/2/However, terminal was not returned until 11/25/The initial $was charged on 11/16/for not returned terminal within in ten days after request of cancellationThis was stated on the cancellation form and the contract when the merchant sign up with usAfter all, we issued a credit of $($495.00-$account closing fee) in check to the customer on 1/28/The check was mailed to the address requested by the customerMinimum monthly charges applied to an open account without transaction are nonrefundableThank you very much for your helpIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact usRegards,

Thank you for forwarding the email. I would like to check status on their collection notice (collection notice ($163)). These were additional charges for Dec and Jan 2016. As per response, machine was received and process for refund on 11/26/2015, account continue to charge monthly fee even though it was already cancelled.
