Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, first of all I'm not a female and I did sit down to eat and while I was sitting we was registering the car so as I went outside to receive the license plate information my car was already gone it's not the fact that you have Towing and I was parked in the wrong spot I didn't have time to even register the car by me even coming back outside within the 15-minute radiation and my car was already told that's why I want my refund [redacted] ***

Ms*** at *** *** *** ***, has been contacted by the corporate office and our onsite staff and on September 29th, accepted a billing adjustment to her rent for OctoberMs*** has also been supplied with the on call emergency phone number along with an alternative way to reach
the site manager after hours if the need presents itselfMs*** is a valued resident at *** ***

On January 25, *** *** contacted our corporate office asking for a refund of a towing fee that she had been charged after her vehicle was towed from her sisters apartment*** told me that she came to her sisters apartment after grocery shopping on January 22nd and entered her sisters
apartment, she told me that her sister told her to register her vehicle per the signs/instructions at the community*** told me that she decided to eat first, before registering her vehicleWhen *** was done eating she looked out the window and the car had been towedOur community requires that anyone that is not a resident, register their vehicle in order to park in our controlled access parking lotI have attached a sample of one of the signs at the propertyThis is not a new policy, we have been enforcing this policy for well over a yearWe practice fair housing, there are no exceptions, so all violators of this policy must pay the towing fees to receive their car back from the towing companyPlease let me know if you have further questions or need anything further from me

We have attempted to reach this complainant to no avail via phone and e-mail on 1/at 1-:a.m., 1/at 11:a.mand 1/at 10:a.m She has not returned any e-mails or voicemails left for her. At this point, I cannot determine the validity of her claim. She also claims to be
the representative for her brotherThe complaint does not give us the name of her brother, or the unit her brother lives inI cannot substantiate that she is in fact a representative Given that, I cannot discuss lease terms with anyone on the lease
