Requested that shoes be slightly stretched. They were significantly stretched.Took a pair of [redacted] Crocodile shoes to have them stretched slightly across the top of my foot. They said that they understood. Went back the next day. Shoes had been stretched over 27 hrs. They took them out of the stretcher while I stood there. I tried them on and they were extremely large. They were ruined. They tried to give me leather inserts to now make them smaller. They asked what I wanted. I told them that I wanted the $895.00 shoes replaced. I produced the brand name, catalog info and copy of the cancelled check. They gave me the $20.00 that I had to prepay for the stretching and said that was all they would do.Desired SettlementI request either a refund or replacement of the shoes. They original price was $895.00. They had been worn once. I told the owner that I would work with him on getting the replacement but he wanted nothing of that settlement.
