01/11/2018Quail Ridge Apartments RE: Revdex.com Complaint Case # 12580753We have made every effort to resolve Mr [redacted] pest control issues as soon as he reported them On 8/1/Mr [redacted] was placed on the weekly pest control service, meaning that his unit was to be treated every week until his pest issue had been resolved On 8/3/our pest control attempted to treat his unit, but Mr [redacted] dead bolted the lock and would not allow them entry.On 8/17/pest control was able to go in and treat the unit, but the tenant had only partially prepared Pest control treated to the best of their ability.On 8/18/Code Compliance attempted to enter the unit to assist Mr [redacted] with a complaint that he had made to them regarding the roaches, but he denied them access.On 08/31/our pest control attempted to enter the unit to treat for roaches and Mr [redacted] became verbally abusive Mr [redacted] initially allowed our pest control into his unit, but then approached our pest control and began yelling, swearing and semi-shoved him using his shoulder Pest control finished treating the unit, and advised Management that he would no longer treat the unit without being accompanied by Management.On 09/07/we attempted to treat the unit, but we could not gain access due to deadboltOn 09/14/we attempted to treat the unit, but we could not gain access due to deadbolt.On 09/21/we attempted to treat the unit, but we could not gain access due to deadboltOn 09/28/we were able to gain access to unit, but the tenant had not prepared for treatment Pest control treated to the best of their abilityOn 10/13/Mr [redacted] came in and told the staff that he no longer wanted his unit treated by our pest control because he was going to have it treated himself They removed him from the weekly listOn 12/05/our pest control went to the unit below Mr [redacted] to treat for pests and Mr [redacted] followed our pest control to the unit and started yelling at our contractor while placing his cell phone in our contractors face and recording him Pest control tried to get away from him, but Mr [redacted] followed him, recording him the entire time The Management staff came out to defuse the situation, but Mr [redacted] would not calm down My staff called me for assistance, and I advised them to call the police I told them to go to the office and lock the door until the police got there I could hear Mr [redacted] yelling in the background the entire time He left once they were in the office, and would not open his door when the police arrived.On 12/13/our Lead Maintenance went to the apartment below Mr [redacted] to spray for roaches, and Mr [redacted] cornered our Lead in the breezeway, and started yelling at him while placing his phone in our Lead’s face and recording him.On 1/3/we attempted to treat the unit but were denied access.On 1/9/we attempted to treat the unit but were denied access.I have remained in open dialogue with Mr [redacted] regarding his pest control issues I have explained to him in writing that he needs to allow pest control into his home to treat for the roaches, and that any future denials of entry would result in lease violations.We are open to a peaceful resolution, and have made every attempt to assist Mr***, but he has denied us at every turn.We respectfully deny his request for compensation and ask that he allow us entry to his unit, so that we may eradicate his pest control problem which is now spreading to the surrounding units.Respectfully, [redacted] ***Regional Supervisor

On 5/21/the the property manager for Quail Ridge Apartments requested a meeting with meIn this meeting a settlement was reachedShe agreed to except the offer I had originally made to cover the cost of the damages to the previous unit and to deactivate the notice to vacate. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this matter
