Review: Quality1stMaintenance was contracted to lay new cement and also to remediate an issue where rain water was collecting at the base of the stairs creating a puddle in the entryway of the house. The owner indicate that as part of his service he would remediate the issue by pitching the cement away from the house so the rainwater would no longer create a puddle, therefore addressing our concern. The issue was not remediated as promised and now an even larger puddle of rainwater has formed, impacting the entryway of our next door neighbor as well. We are receiving complaints from the neighbor that the pitching was done incorrectly and rainwater is creating an even large water puddle than before on both entrances of the two properties. The lady next door is ** years old and this has unfairly created an issue for her too (which we informed the business owner to be mindful off when conducting the work). We tried reaching out to business owner on multiple occasions and he refused to fix this issue. He claimed he would address this concern as part of his service in laying new cement but unfortunately he did not. He is not returning our calls and feel that we have been unfairly dismissed as a result of his actions.

Furthermore Quality1stMaintenance also did not fulfill the terms of the contract since the old cement from the steps/porch area was never carted away per the agreement.Desired Settlement: Quality1Maintenance received a couple photo images (per the business owners request) to view the extent of the issue. However upon his review he refused to resolve the issue. Given the inability to come to a mutually agreeable resolution we would like to receive a partial refund due to the breech of contract and poor quality of service delivered by Quality1stMaintenance.
