I told them that I needed them to come when they said and he said too bad. I told him that I had emptied my living room and paid already through Groupon. He said you know what we are not going to come and you can just call someone else. I reminded him that I had scheduled this and that I had paid and he said get your money back from Groupon and hung up on me.
