Nothey are not out of businessBut they should beThey are still on the streets selling sub-par appliances that break within weeksThey have ZERO customer serviceTheir warranty is a JOKE! Review: I purchased a used [redacted] refrigerator in December, for delivery in early January. The 1st 2 promised delivery dates were not met, with no contact to us or explanation. When it was finally delivered, it did not arrive with all of the shelves, as was promised. When we raised this isse to the company, we were promises multiple times that they would order the missing shelves. Still no shelves.A few months ago, the freezer stopped working correctly. It will not maintain a proper temperature. We were told that the repair department would contact us to arrange for a repair, and they would also bring the missing shelves when they did. After numerous phone calls, messages, promises, etc. we still have no shelves, and no working freezer. The unit had a 1 year warranty. But if no action is taken, and we have already used of 6 months of the 1 year warranty, it appears to be worthless.Desired Settlement: We would like the shelves delivered, and the freezer repaired. Additionally, the warranty should be extended since 6 months of the original 1 year warranty have passed with no action from the company.

Review: Purchased 3 appliances. All 3 were defective. Contacted manufacturer, [redacted], and was told that units were meant to be scrapped because serial numbers were removed. We paid cash for all the appliances and the owner was not able to locate 2 refrigerators. Gave us a business check for a refund that bounced. We tried calling repeatedly but got no response.Desired Settlement: Refund the money owed to us for the appliances not delivered.

Review: I bought a [redacted] Refrigerator from Quality Appliance. I received it and was installed. After a week I noticed water coming out from under the unit. I called and was told it needed a pan. I waited and no pan was delivered .I havea wood floor kitchen and told them it was destroying my floor. They said sorry and promised to send pan over night. No pan was set. since then I have called every week in hopes to resolve the issue, but they do not seem to want to deal with it. I paid $2700. I need some help with this. [redacted] cellDesired Settlement: replace unit or refund. I think that the unit has more problems then was told.

Review: I purchased a used stove September 2012. Within 30 days I realized it wouldn't cook food properly because it Celsius vs Fahrenheit temperature.

I notified the shop in September that the stove needed a conversion due to it only recognizing Celsius temps. They came out to repair and advised they couldn't because the stove was manufactured this way in Canada and they would find a replacement. It took several months and several phonecalls and lots of ignored messages before they attempted to replace. I have not accepted the replacements that they offered to me because they were not comparable. I spoke with an employee named [redacted] approximately 3 weeks ago and left a message for an employee at the East Hartford Location 3 weeks ago to advise that the stove now no longer works altogether. Both emp;oyees refuse to call me back. I called and spoke to [redacted] again twice and requested a mgr callback 3 days ago and haven't gotten one since. I was newly pregnant during this whole ordeal and unable to cook properly with that stove. So much time has passed that I had the baby and now cannot cook on the stove at all since it completely malfunctioned while I was waiting for a replacement. [redacted] advised me that the East Hartford employee stated I would not accept any of the stoves they offered. They offered me 3 stoves and it is correct I didn't accept them. The guarantee from the store said they would offer something comparable. One of the stoves had a musty odor, was older than the one I purchased and had scratches all over it and I couldn't read the numbers on the dial therefore I refused it due to it's condition. The two other stoves didn't have as many features as the one I initially purchased and it was not comparable because it was not worth the purchase price of the original stove. I explained to [redacted] and the East Hartford employee (who name begins with a * and whose cell # is XXX-XXX-XXXX) that the stoves they tried to replace it with is not worth the $450 spent on the original. Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement stove worth the amount paid for the original. If they only have lesser valued stoves to offer I would like that to be factored in and offset therefore allowing me to get back some of the $450 to make up for the lesser value. I would also gladly take my $ back and shop elsewhere for a reliable stove with employees who care about customer service and return calls and did not make it so difficult for a pregnant woman to cook!

My complaint has been resolved as of today. This is why I didn't respond on May 8 because I was waiting for a new stove. The company came and delivered one to my home at 5pm today.

Review: I have a warranty on a washer bought from this company. I called to initiate a service call and they arranged an appointment which they no showed and did not call. I have since tried many attempts to contact them and they do not respond and the phone does not accept voicemails. I have my original receipt which states a 1 year warranty and the original delivery date of the product was June 2014 so it's still a active warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like the product replaced with a working machine and be contacted so that the replacement is of equal value.
