Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The dealership has intended to deceive the Revdex.com, as well, with the payoff dateI’ve submitted proof they are not being truthfulThat being said, because the Revdex.com has stepped in, the loan is now paid offThank you Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any documentation from the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs indicating that the matter is resolved or "null and void"I did not advise anyone that I found a cheaper vehicle as money was not an issueI indicated to the dealer that I was not provided with a bill of sale which was my right and that I did not feel comfortable doing business with themI further stated that the vehicle was not up to standards and that I wanted a vehicle in better condition.I told the vendor that the truck would not pass an inspection with the tires that it had and that if I were to purchase it the tires would have to be changed. They claimed that they changed the tires and deducted the cost of the tires from my deposit even though I told them I did not want the truck anymore because they refused to give me a bill of sale breaking down the cost of the vehicle I was offered a partial refund of $which I refused based on principle and my right as a consumer to be provided with a bill of salePlease ask them for documentation from the New Jersey of Consumer affairs because I certainly did not receive any Regards, [redacted]

Followup RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT ID# [redacted] Dear whom this may concern, This is a follow-up response to the customer's additional concerns. Customer concerns are already answered in our previous response as seen below. I am not sure what the customer means by, "not up to standards" as we were selling him the vehicle with a Certified Pre-Owned guarantee that passes our rigorous 169 point certification inspection. Obviously, with that being said, we do guarantee the vehicle to pass state inspections. We offer that same guarantee to every customer that decides to purchase a certified pre owned vehicle from us. As a final note, the vehicle did come with a 6 month warranty, included with that certification. Therefore, please close this complaint as once again, it is proven that these concerns are moot and void. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. The quickest way to reach me is via email. My email address is: [redacted]. ------------------------------------------ This is a letter of Notice for with regards to the above complaint id. We received this letter on January 22, 2017 [redacted] did agree to purchase a vehicle on 3/12/2016. Customer agreed and left a $2,000 non-refundable deposit for the vehicle. Customer requested that his deposit will go towards several service/upgrade requests along with add-on features that he wanted. Customer did sign and acknowledge the non-refundable Receipt Agreement and Payment authorization consent. Customer contacted us advising that he wants his refund since he found a cheaper price elsewhere. We explained to him that all his requested services were already performed as he had scheduled delivery. Also, we advised him that deposit is non- refundable. As a matter of good faith, we advised him that we will match any other price that he had, even though the negotiations had already been completed several weeks prior. Customer submitted two complaints to other departments in the state around last March/April of 2016. We cooperated with them and they did advised him that we are at no fault. They explained to him that there were no fraudulent actions or misleading of any information as all the documents do state the facts with the customer’s consent and acknowledgment. Also, customer did request several addt’l services that had nothing to do with his original purchase which were completed. Therefore, this complaint shall be considered null and void since the issue was already answered previously and is considered to be moot and closed at this time. Everything was explained to the customer as stated above. Should you need a copy of the documentation proving the facts, please do let us know and we will gladly provide it to you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. The quickest way to reach me is via email. My email address is: [redacted]. This is a letter of Notice for with regards to the above complaint id. We received this letter on September 14, 2017 [redacted] did agree to purchase a vehicle on 9/18/2017. Customer agreed and left a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for the vehicle. Customer requested that his non-refundable...

deposit will go towards his vehicle purchase. Customer advised for the dealership to pdi and service/prep the vehicle as per his request to take delivery of the vehicle. Customer advised that he wanted to take delivery of the vehicle from another company location which was closer to his house. Vehicle driver was hired and took the fully serviced and detailed vehicle to the other location as requested. Upon his arrival to other location, customer decided to re-negotiate his deal after everything was completed and left. Customer comes back to our location several days after negotiating the deal once again. As an action of good faith and to maintain the highest customer satisfaction, the GSM went ahead and lowered his payments/costs apprx another $2000. Customer shook my hand, said to go ahead with the deal and delivery of the vehicle. Once again, the vehicle driver was hired, and the vehicle was brought back to our location. The vehicle was re-detailed for delivery. Customer spent several hours at the dealership. Customer initiated full coverage insurance on the vehicle as per the bank requirements. Once again, customer consumed several hours with the company reps, at the end decides that he wanted to retract on his word/commitment and wants to negotiate a 3rd time, after making us wait beyond closing time. Customer was advised that we cannot do that, especially since we are at the point where we are losing money on this deal. Customer was advised that he did sign and acknowledge the non-refundable Receipt Agreement and customer was approved. Customer said that he doesn’t care and he will get his money back by contacting the Revdex.com even though he acknowledges his signed and executed receipt. We explained to him that all his requested services were already performed as he had scheduled delivery. Also, we advised him that deposit is non- refundable. As a matter of good faith, we advised him that we will match any other price that he had, even though the negotiations had already been completed prior. The customer understood everything and provided us consent and acknowledgment. Therefore, this complaint shall be considered null and void since the issue was already handled with the customer making this complaint to be moot and closed at this time. Everything was explained to the customer as stated above. Should you need a copy of the documentation proving the above facts, please do let us know and we will gladly provide it to you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. The quickest way to reach me is via email.
