I have had multiple problems with the service of this companyThey offer me a warranty and did not register it with the manufacture of the product and in addition never left or mailed me any paperwork when they work on the unitThe unit broke down every other year!! A brand new unit!!! Then every time a technician would come to look at the unit they come up with the stupidest reason for the outdoor console to break downThey once stated it was the filter! They, at all cost, wanted to blame me for the unit breaking down! One of them even yield at me over the phoneThat is the quality of service provided by this companyDo not use themThe manufactures of the air conditioning units have companies certified as installer - use one of them
