Response to homeowners replyThe vinyl siding was never the cause for the roof leakWe Removed the vinyl siding and the roof was still leakingWe had nothing to do with the roof leakingA cricket is built on the roof when the home is first built or when a roofing company does a new roof in order to help with water flowThat is why I recommended having a cricket built along with having the roof done correctlyIt comes down to the fact that the contractor working on home at the time the problem started did not install proper roofing material and did not install material correctlyThey also damaged and altered the vinyl sidingI could have easily walked away and done nothing when I saw what had been done, but I did everything I could to helpWe removed the siding to show it was not the siding leaking but rather the roofWe had to leave siding off until the roof was done correctlyI gave the homeowner the estimate on roof and was told they had someone that would do it cheaperHomeowner also told me that the person they had to do the roof was also going to do the sidingI was never contacted after that for anything having to do with the roof or siding other than the homeowner just recently requested a copy of our original work order in I sent them a copy It basically comes down to the fact that this leak has nothing to do with the siding installationIt is from the roofing installation that was done on customers homeAttached is a photo of when I had went out to look at the fireplace Time Line:Siding installed in 2013Contacted by customer January about leakApproxend of Janfirst of Febmet with rooferFebreceived ESTApproxFebor gave roofers estto homeownerNever heard from customer till the month of June for request from customer for copy of the contract Thank you,*** ***Owner

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/06/16) */
Please review the email correspondence below ( start at the bottom) regarding the email *** *** sent to us and our response
Unfortunately from time to time human error does occur in pricing
We strive to be extremely accurate
when processing markdowns and price changes Our system and website is updated to reflect the current pricing, but unfortunately we experience human error from time to time when staff are processing markdowns and price changes at store level
We are a small company, so unfortunately we don't have the luxury to honor wrong pricing when tags are incorrect like the big box storesWe do have a disclaimer posted at store level and on the website explaining that staff do not have the authority to override the price in the systemHuman error does occur from time to time when staff are processing markdowns and price changes
I spoke to the *** team regarding Mr***'s recent purchaseThe item he purchased was scanned in the computer and the sale was processedAfter Mr*** left the store he questioned the price He returned to the store and the Assistant Manager explained that she did not notice the price on the tag didn't match the scanned SKU/Tag that can came up on the computerThe staff member apologized and offered a refund on the purchase
We certainly understand Mr ***'s frustration and would like to offer him a $gift card to put towards his next purchase
I have spoken to all staff involved and expressed how important it is to be accurate when processing markdowns and price changes
Best Regards,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 9, 2015/06/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept they are a small businessI hope they will be more careful in the future

Originally the customer of the Toyota Sienna was informed that a new hinge would improve the alignment issue with the rear lift gate. Several months later when the customers representative brought the vehicle in for the hinge replacement it was determined that the entire rear lift...

gate was bent or bowed due to the impact. The hinge did improve the alignment of the lift gate. The operation of the lift gate was demonstrated to the vehicle representative and was operating properly when it left. The vehicle representative was shown that the rear lift gate still had gap issues due to the lift gate being bent and would need to be replaced if the gap issues were going to be addressed.
A month later the vehicle came back to inspect a problem with the top of the lift gate. The upper spoiler was found to be impacting the roof and pulling off of the lift gate. The customer was informed that it was due to the prior damage of the lift gate being bent and that the lift gate would need to be replaced to rectify the problem.

This letter is to inform you that BLS International has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 5/8/2014 5:36:39 PM and assigned ID [redacted] Although I had to spend a lot of time and additional costs in...

mailing, etc., the original document was returned today after almost a month.
Regards,

Review: II purchased a home from [redacted] ?Quality Builders? in May 2014. After my original loan fell through due to undisclosed Warrantability Issues, we made a verbal agreement in an attempt to resolve the issue. We both agreed that:

1. The buyer (me) agreed to purchase the condominium.

2. The Buyer and Seller agree that the Seller will hold back the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00/100 ?$3,000.00 US? for purposes of insuring that the property will be made Condominium Warrantable as defined by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. If the property is made Condominium Warrantable as defined by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac by June 1, 2015 as determined by the receipt of certification of warrantability by either, the funds shall stay with the Seller. A copy of said certification shall be delivered to the Buyer. If, however, the property is not certified as warrantable under the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac definition or standard by June 1, 2015, the seller owes the $3,000.00 to the Buyer.

3. In consideration for the agreement on the credits and obtaining the certification of warrantability as defined by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, the Buyer will obtain private financing to close the transaction and proceed to close on or before May 9, 2014.

[redacted] requested that the money ($3,000) not be withheld from the purchase price, and I agreed to his request. After closing, [redacted] stated several times that he would sign the pre-agreed upon contract - to which I have email communications of all attempted communication and his responses which included "Sorry it took me so long to get back to you but I will get it signed and get it back to you this week." That was from May 20, 2014. I withheld all of my parts of our contract, and I expected him to do the same. If this is the way that he operates with customers, others should be notified to prevent him from breaking contracts again.Desired Settlement: As our verbal contract has come to an end and [redacted] has not fulfilled his end (making sure the Sandhill Estates Condos become Warrantable as deemed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) I'd like him to pay the $3,000 he owes me, the buyer since the condos have not been deemed Warrantable to my knowledge at this point in time.
