Quality Carpet Cleaning had not exercised professional, nortimely customer attention or satisfaction of which I paid you $in cash

Review: I hired this company to clean the carpets in my vacant home that I am selling. The company came to clean the carpets and told me not to walk on the wet carpets. When I came back to inspect the final job a few days later, I noticed that the basement carpet had the vacuum lines which seemed to show that it was cleaned, however there were multiple stains that were obviously not treated. The basement carpet stains had absolutely no change before or after the service. This company was hired to clean the carpet and remove any stains present. I called the company at least 4 times to have them come back and see for themselves, however they never returned any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come back and redo cleaning the basement carpet.
