[redacted] RevDex.com Re: File# [redacted] I am in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] . I appreciate this opportunity to respond. I have reviewed our accounts and found that in May 2014, we received instructions to enter a 24-issue order at $16.00. A payment... of $16 accompanied the subscription request and credited the account in full. Service began with the July 2014 order and was scheduled to continue through June 2016. However, on December 30, 2015, this subscription was canceled. As a result of the cancellation, a refund check in the amount of $2.67 was mailed to Mr. [redacted] . In checking further, we find that on December 15, 2015, a new order was placed for 12 [email protected]. This order was also canceled on December 30, 2015 . Nevertheless, let me assure you that due to previous correspondence, a 6-month complimentary order was placed for Mr. [redacted] . Service will resume with the April 2016 issue and continue through September 2016. Lastly, we apologize to Mr. [redacted] for the inconvenience caused him in this matter. While we realize that apologies are in no way a substitute for the fine service each customer is to receive, we sincerely hope Mr. [redacted] will accept ours. I appreciate this opportunity to be of service and if you have any further concerns, please let me know.

Review: Vinyl kitchen floor fully paid for but installed badly with numerous mistakes- bubbles, no moldings, seamed when it should have been seamless, adhesive left on floor. Owner kept sending same person who made the mistakes and has not responded to my letters and personal visits to store. I had to buy my own moldings, stain them, and pay someone else to install them. Seam that should never have happened wasn't even sealed. Bubbles still remain.Desired Settlement: Owner should take responsibility for outcome and visit too see the floor, discuss options for repair or complete replacement. Owner should pay molding costs.
