I am rejecting this response because:There is no dispute about the size other then you over charged me. You can not charge me for a 10x10 door if you used a10x8. The company showed me the price list and I was over charge. AND there is a dent in the door. You also can't say that you're going to level the ground and then not do it. Juan specifically told me that he would level the ground if it needed to be leveled. It is off by 5 inches not 3 or 4. Also, she never said she was leaving, and I know she didn't leave, because she picked up the phone and I heard her talking to Juan, and she put me back on hold. It is clear that you guys are not going to admit fault and it's clear that you guys are not going to fix the issues. So why do we have to keep going back and forth with this? You guys do a dirty business, and that is all there is to it. You promised the world and come through with nothing.

When you spoke with the owner, she told you that she had to pick her children up from school at 3:00 and you placed her on hold. Again, we do not level the ground. You ordered a 10X10 roll-up door on 9' legs. You received a 10' door, but it can't roll down all of the way due to the leg height.
