[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Nothing at all has been resolved and all I have seen are more lies from this companyThey had every opportunity to contact me for a week and they ignored itI asked, and heard the desk clerk talking to a manager on separate occasions and they ignored itNow that I have filed a complaint with Revdex.com and also a dispute with my bank about their fraudulent charge they say they want to talk to meThey even stated they have tried to contact me, whenAnother lie, nobody has called me from this motel but I guess it sounds good if they say they didMy phone records can prove thisCan theirs....I have never checked out early until this past week and I did indeed enter the office to do so in order to obtain a check out receiptI have been in the DC area for months and not once have I stayed at any motel on a Thursday nightI work ten hour days so my last night at any motel is always a Wednesday nightThey have charged me for staying on a Thursday night and checking out on FridayImpossible and nothing but another lieI have receipts from Harrisburg PA proving I was in Harrisburg on the Friday they say I checked outThis company can not show you any paper stating I ever stayed beyond a Wednesday night.I will await the outcome from my bank and if needed I will pursue this in a Baltimore court because I stand by my accusations and statements that this is fraudulent practices by this motel and quite simply, THEFT Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you very much for letting us explain our scenario about *** *** ***’s circumstances*** *** has been staying with us in a few days a week basis from months agoAs a regular customer Quality Inn provides discounted rate to *** ***’s stay, Company - called *** *** makes
his reservations and pays with a company credit card with our fax credit card authorization systemsI have contacted *** *** ***, a lady who is responsible for reservations needs of *** ***, and she is totally unaware of this situationHer contact number is ###-###-####.We have attempted to contact *** *** and discuss with this issue; he doesn’t want to talk to usOur understanding is every reservation of *** *** is already set with *** ***If *** *** leaves a day early without notifying us, we have no way of knowing that he left or if leaves our property Way after check-out times, then every lodging entity impose charges for the following night as wellStill we wanted to pin down the problem that caused him to write a complaint about us to Revdex.comJust wanted to confirm with you that as we have stood genuinely in lodging business for last years, each and every complains that is heard from our valued customer, we take it seriously and trying to meet expected goals to improve as per customer needs.Thank you for giving us an opportunity to write to you

I asked, and heard the desk clerk talking to a manager on 3 separate occasions and they ignored it. Now that I have filed a complaint with Revdex.com and also a dispute with my bank about their fraudulent charge they say they want to talk to me. They even stated they have tried to contact me, when.... Another lie, nobody has called me from this motel but I guess it sounds good if they say they did. My phone records can prove this. Can theirs....I have never checked out early until this past week and I did indeed enter the office to do so in order to obtain a check out receipt. . I have been in the DC area for 6 months and not once have I stayed at any motel on a Thursday night. I work 4 ten hour days so my last night at any motel is always a Wednesday night. They have charged me for staying on a Thursday night and checking out on Friday. Impossible and nothing but another lie. I have receipts from Harrisburg PA proving I was in Harrisburg on the Friday they say I checked out.
