Review: A guy named Ed M[redacted] from the Quality Conservation Services in California came to in our building. This is for the program Energy Savings Assistant program.

He insisted to come and talk to me.

I am eligible for the energy savings assistance program from Edison and the Gas company. I am in their low income/no income program.

Last year I was living in Apple Valley and I get this program. They performed an assessment of my apartment and came to fix and change a lot things.

So I am more that eligible. My Church is paying for my rent and I have papers from my Church about all the monthly payments made, so my rent and utilities are always paid. So this guy Ed M[redacted] is really someone this company should fire.

Here it is what happened. First he wanted for me to write a false statement telling that I was employed by my Church, who is false. One of my friend was a witness. I told him no and he left with a paper I signed myself telling that I have no income and my Church is paying for my rent. So this guy told me that I will not be eligible when I was already eligible but because I do not want to sign a false statement he was mad.

This guy Ed M[redacted] did not give me an affidavit of income. He is suppose too, last year I had one to filled out. But this guy does not want to give me anything. This is what I was also supposed to sign. Instead, he wrote a short letter I signed that the church was paying my bills, all of them.

So but after that I have some more problems with him, and I told him he was wrong after he says that he cannot do anything for me. So I told him I have all documentation he needs to show him I am big time eligible, so he refused the paper I have to give him. He was supposed to bring me back something and he did not and anyway I do not want this guy here. Who care who pay my rent and utilities until they are paid. And it's not his business who pay my rent anyway. But the guy was very very bad. So the next day I get a phone call, I saw it was him because his number (cellphone) showed up on my caller ID. It was a girl calling from his cellphone and I could hear him behind her telling her what to say to me. She began insulting me when I told her he was wrong and that she was too and that I WAS eligible for the energy savings assistance program. I have always been eligible. I do not know if this was his daughter or girlfriend but she seemed very young. She told me she was calling from Edison when I know it's not true becaused she was calling with Ed M[redacted] cellphone. She started to tell me that I was a bad person and that I was not nice because I was telling her that she and Ed M[redacted] were wrong.

So I want for this company to send me someone else to come back so I can show the paper and show that I am eligible and I want for them to start the assessment in my apartment and I can give that person all he needs to prove I am right.

I will take action and go to an arbitrator if they do not provide the services they are suppose to provide. This guy Ed M[redacted] is unprofessional and not kind. I will certainly have to call the police if he show up in my building.

I know my rights and this kind of behavior is unacceptable He took on himself to take the decision that he does not want for me to have the program. I called his boss Brian and I left couple of messages but I haven't heard from him yet. Brian does not answer the phone and did not return phone calls either. Which kind company is that who have no respect for consumers and customers.

You should chose a better employee.
