I never used their services and have no need of their type of service I today received three invoices Never got one before, just the three today they say I owe them $1,for various services Invoice says past due I, of course am not paying them anything, but I am reporting them to the State Attorney General's Office

possible, as a courtesy, provide non emergency transports via wheelchair van to our residents
The request for service on November 27,m was a discharge from the hospital to assisted
livingDischarges from the hospital are handled by the nurse on the floor with the patient, to ***
who in turn contacts the service in the area of destinationOn this day we were busy with emergencies
and had to refer the discharge to another service
We cannot control what other services charge
We have spoken multiple times to Ms *** and to her son explaining the procedure on
non emergency transportsWe had stated that we could help her pay the bill by paying $20.00, but that
we could not pay the full bill, as we did not do the transport

I, of course am not paying them anything, but I am reporting them to the State Attorney General's Office.Desired Settlement: close the bogus business down so no one gets caught in their scam

Review: November 27, 2013 early afternoon I was being discharged from [redacted] Hospital via wheelchair in ambulance.Upon entering the ambulance I noted it was "[redacted] EMS and not Quality EMS to which I am a member. I asked why Quality was not being used and was told when called Quality informed the hospital they were too busy and to call [redacted].Upon receiving the first bill from [redacted] for $63.25 versus $17.50 I would have been charged by Quality, from Dec.13, 2013 till Feb. 14, 2014 many phone calls, first to [redacted] then many follow ups to Quality there has been no offer by Quality to pay the difference of $45.75 incurred by their admission that a staff member, [redacted], had given the message of "too busy", "call [redacted]". The assistant executive director, [redacted], at[redacted] did talk to [redacted] at Quality Feb. 13, 2014 and was told $20 was the most they could offer. My son called Quality Feb. 14, 2014 and left a message but never received a call back. As a 90 year old resident of this extended care facility I think Quality should reimburse me for $45.75.Desired Settlement: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of fair business used by Quality and think in good faith they should pay me the difference of $45.75.

who in turn contacts the service in the area of destination. On this day we were busy with emergencies

and had to refer the discharge to another service.
