Thank you for your responseI would like to take the opportunity to respond in kindFirst, I am troubled with the statement that the workmanship guarantee has expiredAt the time the work was performed (in July 2012), Roger and I had a conversation regarding the warranty (siding, roof, and garage)My understanding was a year warranty on labor/workmanship on the roof and sidingIt's been years
Second, I did go through my records after reading the response in an attempt to locate the warrantyIt appears that both Roger and I inadvertently failed to give and get the warranty informationAs the work involved more than siding and the total cost was over $15,000, I would like to request that QE provide the warranty data so that I will have it for my records should be future issuesPlease let me know the date and time when it will be available and I will pick it up at your office
Please know that I am more than willing to pay for a service that would be outside the scope of a warranty, however, I don't know that this fits that categoryI have had various work performed by QE over the years and have valued that relationshipPlease contact me directly so that we may resolve thisAgain, thank you for your consideration in this matter

The attached contract is for a roof replacementIt doesn't mention anything about sidingWe have access to limited files from the previous owner, but what we do have shows that the agreement the owner provided is blank on the reverse sideIn addition, the company is under new ownership and any verbal or written agreements with the previous owner are not transferable as the new owner is not responsible for any previous liabilities

We were able to satisfy the complaint with our customer mutually with out delay or issue Thank you. Tell us why here

We addressed [redacted] complaint and agree that the credit should be issued.  The original complaint on the repair order was "vehicle overheating, adding water, water dissipating."  Given the age of the vehicle and seeing small amounts of white smoke from exhaust, head...

gaskets were recommended.  We should have recommended a thermostat first, then said that it may need head gaskets if that did not take care of the problem.  We apologize for the issue it caused and will be writing a check for the requested amount.

We are scheduling an interior repair crew to contact the homeowner directly this week
