From Quality General InsuranceRe: [redacted] ID # [redacted] 5/07/[redacted] has been a client of Quality GeneralInsurance since 6/18/2013, and like all the rest of our clients we have beenservicing Mrs [redacted] ’s insurance policy with a great amount of satisfactionand dignityAccording to the agent who was helping her, Mrs [redacted] has contacted our office a few months ago requesting to remove a vehiclefrom her policy as of 10/27/because she no longer has the vehicle as ofthat dateThe agent who was helping her advised her that according to QualityInsurance and the insurance companies we represent, we cannot make any changesto her policy without her signature and for her to either come in to the officeto sign the form or fax us a written request with her signature and the date toremove the vehicle from her policyWe did not hear from her again until4/18/when she came in to our office and signed the request and brought theproof that the vehicle that she wanted to remove was sold on 10/27/2014(proof is attached) and for usto remove the vehicle from her policy as of 10/27/We forwarded therequest to the Insurance company ( [redacted] and they honored therequest and removed the vehicle as of 10/27/The outcome of the removal ofthe vehicle caused for her insurance premium to increaseThe reason why herpremium increased is because she lost the multicar discount which she is havinga hard time to understandShe had two vehicles on the policy one liabilityonly, and one with comprehensive and collision coverageWhen the change wasprocessed and one of the vehicles was removed there is only one vehicle left onthe policy which caused her premium to increaseThe reason of complaint anddissatisfaction of our services is not very clear to us, since everything thatshe wanted done is done the way she wanted itThe Removal of her vehicle wasdone on the date she wanted it, there is nothing that we did not do thatshe requestedThe rates are not in our hands we submitted the change requestand insurance company determines the ratesOne thing she does not understand isthat we are not the actual insurance company, we are an insurance broker agencywhere we represent many different insurance companies and find our clients thebest rate and company that best fit their needsWe did offer Mrs [redacted] thatif the current insurance company increased her rate and she is not satisfy withthem, we can always find her a different insurance company with lower rateButshe refused to complyOur agency rules and regulations are very clear to all ourstaff, one very important rules is that no changed shall be made to anyinsurance policies without the named insured’s signatureEveryone follow thesame rules and regulations, and there is no reason why we would give ourclients any run around and or caused them inconvenienceWe ask our clients tocomply and respect our agency’s rules and regulations for their own and ourgood.We at Quality General Insurance take pride in our Serviceand dispite of the situation if Mrs [redacted] would need any other services onher policy we would be more than glad to take care of it.If you may need any further assistance to resolve this issueplease contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] [redacted] Thank you

Review: I [redacted], have had a insurance policy over a year now with Quality General Insurance. I have contacted [redacted] and [redacted] numerous time since October of 2014 to resolve a issue with my policy , what I want done is very simple, remove a car that I have not owned since October 2014 , and get a refund for something I should have never got charged for. I have been inconvenienced many time by this company ,I feel like that I am not getting proper customer service, at first [redacted] advised me write a letter stated that I want my car off the policy , so I did that and sent the email to [redacted] because when I called [redacted] was not there. on a follow up [redacted] advises me that he will resolve the matter , about a week later I get a statement in the mail and I notice that im still getting charged for 2 cars on my policy when I brought this matter up to [redacted] he stated that he will give me a full refund or not credit towards my balance due, a week goes by after I receive another statement in the mail that is twice the amount so when I contacted [redacted] again he stated that he now need a bill of sale of proof that I sold the vehicle when I went in to turn in the paper work I went around lunch time and no one was there after the time left on the notice to come back , after that inconvenience of time and gas I advised [redacted] of the situation he was arguing with me over the phone , after told him I i have proof of the business being closed he changed the way he was talking to me here , he also stated that he will not give me a discount or a refund or work some type of credit towards my policy , he advised me that I should be charged more because I don't have a multi- car discount ! I believe that me having one car on the policy should be more affordable than 2 car,so why am I being charged more for one car than two I believe he charging me more on my policy so that he doesn't have to issue a refund or credit this is not the proper way to conduct business .Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund for the months I did not have a car insured with them I am just asking for what is fair , also [redacted] need to work on customer service if theres a issue it should not take months to resolve,
