At this time, I have been contacted directly by Quality Home Products regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They would like me to send back the mop then they will refund my money I do not want to send it back until I get a replacement one or my money refunded to me first I had to contact Revdex.com in order to get a response from them so I do not feel like I want to go that route to get my money back once I send the mop back In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

they provided a suggestion, which I tried, but didn't solve the problemI left another phone message for them, as well as email, with no further response. Review: Purchased a steam cleaner at the [redacted] in [redacted] a few weeks ago. The product is faulty and we would only like it replaced. We have called and left numerous messages on the number the salesman said to call but no return calls. Also e-mailed and no reply.We ordered a new one on line already, so we believe that the product will work but we just got a faulty one.Desired Settlement: Refund of total amount paid including tax $148.40

Review: I purchased the product from this company @ a county Fair in [redacted] in September of 2014. The product failed in November 2014, I emailed the company asking if the product was covered under warranty, and I received an email back a couple days later stating that the product was warrantied and requesting my mailing address and a description of the part that had failed. I replied back o the company on 12/*/2014 with a picture and the address information. I waited to hear back or receive the replacement part but neither happened. On 12/**/2014 I again replied back to the company and requested that they please reply back to me as to the reason for the delay, and again I received no response. I waited a couple of weeks and then called the company on 1/**/2015 but got an answering machine, I left a message and my contact information, I also emailed the company on 1/**/2015. I heard nothing. I called the company again on 1/**/2015 and left a message with my contact information and again on 1/**/2015 and left my contact information. I emailed the company on 2/*/2015 and asked that the company please contact me as I felt that I had been very patient with them and if I did not hear back from them I would be forced to contact the Revdex.com or the County Board Members to launch a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I only want the company to stand behind their product and send the swivel replacement part. It is not that we are unhappy with the product, we just want the item fixed so that we can go on enjoying this product.

Review: I have called this business 6 times, and written twice, asking for help with the Smart Living Steam Mop. I was initially asking for information, but they won't respond. After 13 months of using their product, it has basically quit working. Initially, I was so thrilled, I bought 3 more to give as gifts to our adult daughters. I followed the [redacted]'s manual, only used it in our kitchen and entryway once or twice a week, always treating it carefully. My questions are as follows: what is the lifespan of this product? What should I be trying differently to get it to work again? The steam mop is barely limping with a tiny amount of basically cool steam. These mops were purchased at the Clay County Fair in Spencer, Iowa.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like communication from the business. Then, if the steam mop isn't fixable, a refund or replacement would be appreciated.

Review: The "Smart Living Plus" steam mop we purchased worked once when we got it home. The next time we tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I tried many times to unplug it, restart etc., but nothing. I have called and e-mailed this company no less than 4 times, asking for their assistance on how to fix it, or return for a refund. They have never bothered to respond to my multiple requests for their assistance. Therefore, I wish to obtain a full refund for this product as it's obviously not what we expected nor do they stand behind it or provide any customer support. The item was purchased from a "Home Show" at the local Sheraton Hotel, I have even contacted the event coordinator who has also not responded.

Review: I have repeatedly tried to contact this business to get a replacement mop base for my EZ Glide mop which I purchased several years ago at a home show. In April I initially contacted them via their website and recieved a prompt reply indicating that they'd provide a replacement but I needed to pay for the cost of shipping. Since then I have repeatedly called this company and left several voice messages so that I may provide payment and get my replacement and have not once recieved a call back. What good is a lifetime warranty on a product if there is no way to actually ever receive the replacement part? It's too bad the customer service is so lacking with this company because the product itself is really great.Desired Settlement: I just want to recieve a replacement mop base and if they require me to pay for shipping then someone needs to either answer the phone at the business or call me back so I can provide payment.
