In March, I received a [redacted] deal from this company to clean my vents as a gift from my parents The certificate was good through August I am not sure what I was expecting when I received this as a present I knew nothing about the company Well I can't begin to explain the wonderful experience we had with Quality Home Solutions They came on time (very refreshing) The young gentlemen who came to the door were polite and very professional It was raining the day they came and they made sure to do everything possible to keep my house clean They explained what they would be doing and then began working straight away The work was done quickly but efficiently They took pictures before and after the process and the difference was amazing They didn't try to sell me additional services They just did the job, did it well and left I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone

I am not sure what I was expecting when I received this as a present. I knew nothing about the company. Well I can't begin to explain the wonderful experience we had with Quality Home Solutions. To Whom It May Concern;My response to the above referenced complaint is as follows;I performed the duties as contracted for a fair and reasonable price.There was a leak over the AZ room which was repaired and to my knowledge has not leaked again.The quote of $2850 was essentially to apply...

elastomeric coating to the entire low slope area of the roof.I was not contracted to do any structural repairs.  If I had been, they would have been done at additional cost.I was only notified of a leak after a micro-burst had done significant damage to the roof and caused damage to other homes in the area.At no time during the many rains leading up to this incident was I informed of a leak.As a courtesy, I re-coated the area in question.  Sincerely,[redacted]

The repair stated in the complaint would have been done at additional cost.I invoiced for the job that was completed and therefore am not responsible to pay for additional repairs.
