Glad this company is NOT Accredited by Revdex.com. They are very unprofessional and their sales office calls over and over and then hangs up on you if you try and ask a question.

The phone number for Titan Towing has been deleted from our database and the customer file noted DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMER.  The salesman has no access to contact Titan Towing effective immediately.

These people are rude and completely unprofessional. [redacted] calls us several times a month even though we have stated we are not interested. Then he calls back 5 times in a row to continue to throw F-bombs at the staff and cuss and insult us. HARRASSMENT never closes a deal. I'm not sure why he can't seem to recognize this. I'm not sure how they could possibly stay in business with this unstable behavior.

We had bought a few things from this company for my business.....however, I am getting tired of, when they call and I'm not available, they hang up on my employees, and generally call from a private number. If a business has to hide behind a private number, I no longer choose to do business with them. Attempted to fax them a written letter stating to cease calling, but conveniently the fax number listed here doesn't work, but instead goes to a voice message. WILL NOT do business with "[redacted]" or any other of their salespeople any longer

We have never done business with this company, yet they call and verbally harass my office staff using profanity and insults. I find it hard to believe that they are actually trying to sell anything because they start off by insulting whomever answers the phone and today ended up telling the owner of the company that he was a deadbeat and needed to get a job.

I am filing this complaint after a couple of years of harassment. We purchased some products from them between 2006 - 2011. At some point after that, we decided not to order anymore pens. We told them no thank you and that we were doing other forms of advertising. They are so aggressive that we asked them not to call anymore. They are still calling regularly and being very offensive. The latest calls have involved threats of violence and profanity. We just want them to leave us alone. I wish we would've never done business with them.

After ending a sales call their sales rep called back and left a very rude message calling me douchey douche"
