They put our central air in years ago and we've only had one problem all these years! They came directly out today and fixed a very inexpensive part and got my house cooled down in no time!
Air Comfort Systems has gone down since the owner diedThe new owner (son) signed a contract to install a new system for us He started the project and then stopped and has given excuse after excuse for months now on why the job is not done Winter is coming and our system is sitting in the yard
They put our central air in years ago and we've only had one problem all these years! They came directly out today and fixed a very inexpensive part and got my house cooled down in no time!
ACS installed a LG mini-split system in our garage This system operates quietly and is efficient to -degrees F This system was recommended by Rich and we were impressed with his resourcefulness and expertise Will use ACS in the future

We think there are some serious issues, and that people should be made aware We contracted with MrRichard B*** ** " AKA *** *** ***, Inc, or ***, or ***or what ever other name or flavor of the month he is using this week, to install a Heat Pump, and Air Conditioner system in our home that he agreed upon and we paid for in September of It is still not finished The Heat pump is still sitting outside our bedroom window on the shipping pallet The heating and air handler unit is still in our basement where it was delivered over months ago We have not received the duct work, and the line kit, and or other required equipment he promisedWe paid MrB*** $in cash and when we questioned him and contacted the equipment wholesale vendor after months he had not purchased the equipment When we confronted him all we got was excuses And he had spent the moneyand offered to refund part of our money if we dropped the legal action, We refused He finally after several conversations, and a threat of a law suit delivered the Heat PumpWe went to the vendor and found out that the equipment was not as we were told, and paid for And not for the discounted price we were promised The unit was a "New Old Stock item that they were discontinuing" the vendor went out of their way to provide us the correct components that were required to make the system right Our company traded and bartered for services and utilization of our equipment in exchange for the installation which MrB*** received over months ago When we called repeatedly we found out he has at least different phones, 3-emails, and several different web sites, and company AKA's of names he works under We want someone else to complete our system as we do not have any trust in him, his one man company, and or his word*** ***
