Review: Took payment then refused to provide contracted service as promised and does not respond to all attempts to contact.

On May 21st I contacted [redacted] at Quality Law for Less at (916) 370-3537. They informed me that for their flat rate fee of $999, they would provide legal service for my family law case. Stating they would handle everything but the court appearance. I asked if they would contact the other party and begin dialect on a settlement negotiation, he stated they would begin as soon as they received payment. After electronically submitting the $999, they sent a copy of the contract to sign on May 22nd and that further paperwork would follow later in the week. I signed it and returned it to their office the same day. Since then, all communications from the office have not been returned. There has been no return of email messages sent, phone calls and messages left; regardless of requests to contact me with contact info left with each message. It has been 5 months and still no return of my calls, obviously my demands for a refund have fallen upon deaf ears.

This business has boasted a security of a $25,000 bond so I "have nothing to worry about" even though they have provided zero service and zero product for the $999 paid. I have waited for any possible response to my requests for the service promised or refund since they have demonstrated there was never any interest in actually working my case and wholly misrepresented their products/services in order to secure a payment with the intent to never perform their contractual duties.

After this complaint is filed, there will be further pursuit to have them investigated by the California State bar for unauthorized practice of law.

As a part of their sales scheme, they advertise on their website an A rating with the Revdex.com. Desired Settlement: Due to their demonstrated lack of ability to provide the quality of legal services they fraudulently misrepresented, I feel that a refund is the only equitable remedy that would ensure fairness. If they haven't provided "Quality Law" by now, they certainly won't when forced to. Law firms who act in this egregious manner to a client are typically punished severely by the CA state bar. It serves both parties best interest to settle this with the refund so that I may pursue my legal matters with a reputable law firm and eliminate any further impedance from Quality Law for Less.

If there is no resolution at this level, the next step in seeking resolution will eventually lead to a breach of contract lawsuit.

I attempted to refund the credit card payment of $999.99 made on May 21, 2013. Unfortunately, as the transaction was made back in May of 2013, the credit card processing company will not allow us to issue a refund. I hired this company with the promise of help in a timely manner. I got everything but that. They like to wait last minute to do everything. I called everyday for a week never herd anything back. I even tired text messages and emails. There were still no replies. When the assistant would call me she would let me know that something came up and that they would call me the following day to complete the paperwork. I NEVER received a call. This company is a joke. They do not have anyone's best interest in mind but their own.

I can't believe how impressed I am with the services I received. I called so many places and was told it would costs thousands of dollars. I then attempted the process and sat in line for days! Literally, days!!! This business charged me a flat fee and handled all of my issues promptly and treated me so good. THANK YOU!

The employees at Quality Law for Less are very professional. I felt like they actually cared about me and my situation. I was extremely impressed with their pricing. It was hard to believe that they were going to do as much as they did for the price they originally quoted me. They did even more!!! Review: I paid for services that were never rendered then when I finally got ahold of somebody they said paperwork would be filled out for me at my convenience. I've been trying to get in touch with anybody from the company for over 6 months and still no phone call email or even text back. all I want is my money back since no services were rendered.Desired Settlement: At this point in time I would like a full refund of all the money (700.00) that I gave to this company. they said they could draft my papers up at a later time just call when I was ready. it has now been 3 months of me emailing texting and calling almost everyday and still no response. Review: I hired Quality Law For Less to prepare a Living Trust for me in January, 2014, and paid him in full for which I have a reciept issued in March, 2014.However, after sending all the documents to [redacted] in 2014, I am still waiting more than 1 year later, to have my Trust completed. I have contacted their firm on numerous occasions on email and phone, and I never get any response back. Sometimes they will say that they will me back and then never do, and last 3-4 months, they have not responded back to my emails.Desired Settlement: Quality Law For Less should either perform the service which I paid them for, i.e. complete and file the living trust and deliver the same to me, OR refund my money, so that I can hire someone else to complete my Living Trust.
