After experiencing problems within day and under miles Quality would not stand behind the sale of the car Found out after taking to a 3rd shop because the other would not work on it, the front end was put back together incorrectly after Quality had shocks put on, had a blown gasket, major oil leak & electrical issues and radiator issues I could keep going on We were told by Ryan [redacted] to grow up and fix the problems ourselves

Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 03/15/16, we do not lease cars. It was purchased on a payment plan and she made the first two payments. She became delinquent on her June payment. She never expressed any problems with the car until I contacted her about her missed payment. She said she was...

having a problem with the car, but it only happened occasionally. I agreed to split the cost to help get it fix, even though it was past the 30 day warranty. She brought the car to me and we test drove it, but it did not do anything of what she complained about. I still agreed to send a mechanic to look at it. When the mechanic went and test drove it, again it did nothing of what she complained and he could not find a problem with it. This went on for several weeks and I reminded her that the payments were still due. I even went to her home and left a message with another person there, asking Ms. [redacted] to contact me regarding her delinquent payments. I never heard back from her and she would not return any of my multiple calls. I had no choice but to reposes the car in July. Even when I repo a car I always give the customer a chance to get caught up on there balance and retrieve the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] has not contacted me. She has my cell phone number and I am always reachable. I run a honest business and strive to resolve any issues that may come up. My business practice is to have happy, satisfied customers and I am always willing to work something out, when there is a problem.

I purchased a used truck from Quality Motors approximately 1 year ago. The salesperson seemed personable, although a tad slow in returning calls. I still purchased the vehicle as it appeared to be in good shape and had been recently completely undercoated by QM. When viewing the vehicle, both top and bottom, it seemed very well maintained.
However, after driving the vehicle for less than 5,000 miles all the undercoating fell off revealing the frame was very rusty to the point of buckling. All of which was previously hidden by the heavy undercoating. I contacted the salesperson, [redacted], and explained the situation to him. He became very agitated at me, so I requested to speak to the owner, [redacted] came over and looked at the truck, saying yes that is very bad, yes that needs repaired, etc. He did the friendly salesperson thing showing empathy for how bad it was. We looked at the spots where there were only a few small spots holding the frame together and how this must have been going on for a while. Then nothing. So I asked if he was willing to help fix the problem, as I thought it was clearly something that should have been disclosed, he then indicated that it must have been visible at the time of purchase. When I explained how the truck was completely undercoated with the heavy thick layer of undercoating and it was not visible he told me that's how undercoating is, heavy and thick and he could not know if I had driven in salt and allowed it to sit and rust for the last 12 months. I told him that was absurd; a frame does not rust completely through over that large of an area in one year. We talked for a few more minutes at which point I told him obviously we were both wasting our time and thanked him for stopping by. As he was starting to leave I let him know that I would not recommend QM to anyone I know and I would be writing this review online. At this point he turned and starting walking back toward me and said "you better watch yourself". I was a little taken aback, so I asked him if he was threatening me and he said â??yes I amâ? and starting talking about suing me at which point I walked into the house and left him still talking AT me.

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] is lying. They never test drove the vehicle and I know several customers that have bought vehicles that subsequently broke down after leaving the lot. They run a shady business and should be shut down

After experiencing problems within 3 day and under 1000 miles Quality would not stand behind the sale of the car. Review: I leased a vehicle from this business in March of 2016 with $1500 down and submitted $500 two weeks later. One week after leaving the "lot" the car cut off when I exited the freeway. I immediately contacted the "dealership" spoke with the owner, [redacted], who told me that he would be willing to pay half of the costs of the part and the labor that would be necessary to fix the issue. He said that the shop works with a mechanic and sent me the mechanics information so that he could check out the vehicle. After several days of unsuccessfully trying to contact the mechanic they work with I had to call back into Quality Motors and the owner had to contact the mechanic in order to get him to check out the vehicle. The mechanic came to my house to check the car out and quoted me a price of $70 for the labor. The part would be $200 meaning that Quality Motors would pay $135 of the cost (half). I called the business multiple times after meeting the mechanic and was given the run-around. Eventually I talked to [redacted] (1.5 months later) who proceeded to tell me that the vehicle wasnt under warranty and they werent obligated to fix the issue (idle air intake valve). Furthermore the mechanic changed the initial estimate for the labor from $70 to $130. This business is shady and sells lemons. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM-YOU WILL REGRET IT!! My friend leased a vehicle from them that had nothing but problems. I REPEAT, DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE FROM QUALITY MOTORS-THEY ARE A SHADY BUSINESS!!!!Desired Settlement: A refund for the money put into this vehicle in exchange for the vehicle. I believe they knew the car was no good.
