Review: These guys are THIEVES! BE CAREFUL! I hired Quality Moving And Transportation through an ad they posted on [redacted] The date of the move was 2/**/13 and it was between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. I needed them to move all of my belongings from my apartment to a self storage unit a few miles away. Another roommate of mine was also having his belongings moved by a separate moving company at the same time however, our individual belongings were on clearly opposite sides of the living room and in their own designated areas. I showed the movers that I hired, everything that I needed to be moved. One of the items was a Sony PlayStation 3, in the original box which was in clear sight and stacked between other similar sized boxes. They had me sign a few documents and told me that due to them being double parked I must wait outside on the curb. I did as such and let them get to work. When they were done, I went back into my apartment and verified to them that they got everything. I met them at the self storage facility within an hour and directed them to my self storage unit. They unloaded everything and packed it in to the unit. I then paid them and was offered no receipt as they walked away. I checked the storage unit a few days later and noticed that the Sony PlayStation 3 was not in the storage unit although the boxes it was stacked between initially were there. I called them to complain and was given constant runaround and excuses (maybe your roommate stole it)They even confirmed that they saw a PS3 but didn't think it was mine although it was clearly in the area I designated to them. UNBELIEVABLE! I realized they were going to continue to deny it so I told them I would follow up on it myself and hung up. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my Sony PlayStation 3 returned to me promptly or a cash reimbursement for it. It was valued at $300 and an additional $60 for the game BluRay CD that was in the system for a total of $360
