Ordered a carport on July 1. Was told it would be delivered the first week of August. Today is Sep 2 and I still don't have my order. Each time I call I'm told that my order will be delivered "next week". I can only hope that I will finally get the carport and the workmanship will not be as poor as their customer service. WE BOUGHT A PORTABLE CARPORT FROM THIS COMPANY AND 3 MONTHS TO THE DATE IT WAS INSTALLED, IT FELL WITH LESS THAN 2 INCHES OF SNOW ON IT. IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT WARRANTED BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS. WE HAD ANOTHER CARPORT JUST LIKE IT THAT WITHSTOOD A FOOT OF SNOW. NO OTHER CARPORTS IN OUR AREA FELL BECAUSE OF SNOW. FEEL THAT THE CARPORT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY AND WITH INFERIOR MATERIALS.NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY WILL TALK TO US. INVITED THEM TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT, BUT THEY DID NOT BOTHER. these people has set up appointments with us for 2 weeks straight and never showed up are call until they se up another time and date same thing over and over for to weeks straight.we never got your carport.I would not use themDesired Settlement owner needs to know what kind of people he has hired in his company name

I would not ever buy from these people again.the first one I bought 2 work crew showed up to install it I bought another one for my mom and they called and try to set it up 3 times and its not setup yet they don't call when they say they don't come when they saythey have the worst customer service I have seen in a long time I have any company","neg-5

Will not fix the problem with the carport gable.Promised several times to come and no show. No calls nothing.Purchased the carport in October 2013. Carport had gable ends. One of the ends, the material used was not new. Finish was not the same and scratches down to the metal. Tan color off a fraction. Called two days after delivery and setup and they promised to get someone out to replace end. No one ever came. This went on for weeks and months. Sometime last of February or first of March. Company sent men out to replace gable end, never called for time or day. Just showed up and replaced wrong end. Called same day to complain. Was to send them back out and never came. On 4/9 called said mgr would out to replace gable on 4/10 @ 2:30, never showed, but did call at 3:30 and said he would come on 4/11 never showed and no call.Desired SettlementWe want the gable replaced immediately. No more delay and if not within a few days or by end of April. It has been since October 2013. Or we want a refund for the cost of the gable end.

Worst bunch of people to do business with. They get your money then keep putting you off with lies as to why they don't show up. I will not buy or recommend anyone buy from this company ever. ","neg-1

Worst business ever..... Took 2 days off work and they didn't show either day first day they called the night of and cancelled due to weather the second day they called said they were on there way but never called or showed up. They called two days later saying they were in the area and ready to install. Couldn't afford to take anymore days off so I asked for a refund on my deposit; they refused to refund my money. Don't give these people your hard earned money- they probably did me a favor by slacking off. I will get me a carport but not from these yahoos they are awful poor customer service and the installer ohhhhh wait there wasn't an installer.","neg-2

bought builbing. has leaked from day 1. have made several calls to come look at, noone has done any thing as of 07/17/2013. even talker to owner.This e-mail is in reguard to the cover we bought back in April of this year. We have had a problem getting anyone out to look at three bad leaks on our building. I have talked to several people there about this even to the owner **.[redacted]. I have been told 4 or 5 times that this would be taken care of, but nothing has been done as of today July 17 2013. The ladies in the office has been nothing but great, wish I could say the same about some of the others. My wife is disable to work she has a lung problem that has made her have to go on disibility early in life. She can't get out alot in the sun and hot weather. We wanted to get us a cover and were going to put some fans in it so that she could get outside some when the weather would permit. WE were very excited about this, well it has not happened due to the cover we bought has leaks in it, and I can't put fans in it because of the water coming in. I wish I knew why we can't get this fixed. we have worked with the management and installers, on several times, but still no repairs. I have even sent a video of the leakes, and still can't get nothing done. all I want is to fix the leakes that are there. the water is coming in from the top of the carport building. Also where the leak was run down the wall of my shop it has mold and mildew in my shop building, all this in on the video. just fix my leaks. is all I want I will take care of the other.Desired Settlementi just want the leaks to be stopped. thats all.the other problem I will take care of it.

I paid the 10 percent deposit and ordered a single car carport in June 2015. I was told the typical timeframe would be 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I called on a Friday to check on my order. I was told that a semi tractor trailer had hit their installers truck and there were running a week or so behind and that they would be there next Friday. That seems to be the common phrase no matter what day of the week you call. Friday came and went, no call no show. Monday I was told they were behind because of weather, but they had a run up to Kentucky scheduled for next Friday. Of course next week they didn't show or call. So two weeks again I called and they said that the tractor trailer carrying my carport was in an accident and my carport was damaged, now they were waiting on spare parts......but should be in by Friday. I waited and another Friday came and went. I called on October 7th they said they would definitely be here on Friday the 16th or Tuesday the 20th. I also called and complained to the local vendor. She said she would call them and they told her the same dates 16th or 20th at the latest. Today is October 19th, (they were not here Friday )I just got off the phone with them checking on tomorrow. They said they would be in Kentucky middle of next week but at the other end of Kentucky, not my area. He unapologetically stated he didn't know when they would be in my area. Which I believe was the first truthful thing they have told me. I immediately told him to cancel my order after four months wasted. He said "ok", nothing more. I hoped to get the carport installed and enclose it myself before winter so I could clear out my one car attached garage and park in it. Stay as far away from this company and their lies as you can. I wish I had read their reviews before wasting my summer. I trusted the local vendor to know who they were dealing with. I can assure you they know now. Apparently from the Google reviews, Yelp reviews and Angie's list, they not only have crappy customer service skills but also a far inferior product. Check the reviews and run away.
