I called our home warranty company and they are looking into assigning us a different company! When they call back, I intend to inform them of the "F" rating this company has!

Horrible customer services, my warranty company assigned them to me, they replaced a shower valve, it turned out to be a bad one, they also used PEX pipe as tub spout, which is wobbly and the tub spout will come looseI've tried several times to get them to come back and fix the problem and they never showed up for appointmentsThey don't even call to reschedule, so I had to several timesI've been in the service business for a very long time, I have never seen such a gross disregard for customer serviceDon't use this company or you'll be sorry

My husband took off work ... we got a call Tuesday at noon to inform us they assigned the wrong technician and they would not be coming until Wednesday. When asked for a time they did not know a time. Taiden D[redacted] was who contacted me, and could care less that we would have to take yet another day off work due to their mistake! Horrible service. Customer service sucks. They scheduled an appointment that I called and confirmed with them the prior day. I wait all morning for the plumber and he's a no show. I called the service number and they tell me since I didn't confirm the appt the plumber went to another job and won't be able to service me today. Not to mention I 've waited all week for this appt and I'd already confirmed it, as I mentioned before. Of course I'm upset over the issue. Yet, the customer service girl jumped down my throat telling me she's not the one I should be mad at because she's not the plumber that skips the job, even though the guy I was speaking to prior told me that she submitted the unconfirmed time. I wasn't even worried about her I just wanted to get my issue serviced and over with. She continued to be combative with me and tells me there's no manager there I can speak with and that she'll have someone call me.[redacted] poor service.I will never use this company again!!!!

Quality Plumbing Solutions was selected through my joe warranty to do some plumbing work in my home. They must have know. That u had no choice but to use them and my experience was awful! Scheduling terrible, customer service terrible said they would come out and didn't ans when they finally did they were over an hour late and the plumber was rude to the extent that I didn't feel comfortable having him in my home. Then they would not reschedule at a time convenient for me after I took a day off work for them to come before. Needless to say we Paid out of pocket to have a plumber come instead of using having to use Quality plumbing solutions and it was the best money ever spent instead of continuing to deal with this company.
