This company purchased the one that was serving my houseThe heater wasn't working so I asked for a quoteThe next time I heard from the owner was in the form of a $bill for work I did not authorizeAnd the heater never worked again I paid him but then didn't pay the next monthly bills totally after I found out the heater didn't workNow they are taking me to small claims court These guys are criminalStay far away

Our pool was over years old, with nothing done to it, other than maintain the pool water properly Quality Pool was selected, and a visit made to their showroom, which was impressive We selected the materials and colors we wanted the refinished pool to have; after they finished, and were filling the pool, the color looked considerably darker than our choice; Quality Pool brought out the sample color tile we'd picked....and it matched perfectlywe hadn't realized the full pool would make the color we chose look much darker, but after a season, it has lightened up some, and looks great Support from Bob & Joe at Quality has been excellent

I paid him but then didn't pay the next 2 monthly bills totally 240 after I found out the heater didn't work. Now they are taking me to small claims court.
These guys are criminal. Stay far away.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The business did a good job of following up with me after the complaint was received, and the owner truly was fair and considerate in the resolution.
