We would be willing to pay for the tie rod ends and the labor for doing that . We never told any customer that we put 4 new tires on a $2000 minivan . Tires are pretty easy to check yourself . Fax us a copy of the repair order and we will send you a check .

Mr. [redacted] came in on September 9, 2017 with a desire to get a vehicle financed. He was informed that we work with a high-risk finance company and because of his low credit score/history - we could get him approved but that the interest rates are high; however, it is also a great way to...

build credit. Mr. [redacted] even asked the finance manager more questions about how it all worked just to ensure he understood what he was signing into, receiving answers that were thorough and easy to understand. Because of this understanding, Mr. [redacted] opted in to the contract, agreeing to all the terms and payments, and was completely happy with his financed purchase. The customer drove the vehicle for 11 days and at no point did we say verbally, nor is there a clause in the contract, that states that he had 30 days to opt out of the car deal. This is a legally binding contract with an outside financial lender and if he is to return the vehicle, he forfeits all deposits and it is considered a repossession. Beyond that fact, he did drive the vehicle for 11 days and racked up miles on the vehicle and also left it dirty. Deposit covers cost for re-detailing vehicle, re-inspecting vehicle, and other costs for rehabilitating the vehicle back to a condition for resale. Per a phone call received by Mr. [redacted]'s girlfriend (who was not on the contract) her personal opinion was that she thought the interest rate was too high and that he had gotten "screwed". Because of her opinion, Mr. [redacted] began to have what we call 'buyer's remorse'. He was completely happy with the car and the finance deal he received and signed all paperwork and contracts agreeing to such terms - then after girlfriend's option, decided he didn't want to have the interest rate anymore. We did not force Mr. [redacted] to sign anything - every signature of his was at his own discretion and no one else's. His girlfriend cussed out my office manager and hung up on her. We were not obligated to take the vehicle back at all - but to help Mr. [redacted] by keeping it off his credit as a repossession, we rewound the sale and we even offered to allow him to use the $500 deposit towards another vehicle (and that offer still stands). He agreed to that disposition right here in the office and left the office thanking us and apologizing for all the inconvenience this deal brought us. My company went above and beyond our requirements to make this customer happy and would still be happy to work a deal with him, applying that $500 to the new deal.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2016/02/12) */
All vehicle are sold AS IS and we have customer's sign the AS IS warranty statement. We put over $400 in parts and labor trying to get the check engine light to shut off. We drove the vehicle and it ran and drove fine. The check engine light did...

not effect the driveability of the vehicle. He was not satisfied still. At the time of sale we offered a warranty for purchase just as we do every other customer. He chose not to purchase one. We fell we did more than should be expected with customer's signing AS IS warranties.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2015/11/02) */
