Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The original refrigerator we purchased on 10/15/was measured and fit perfectly into our doorwayWhen the repairman came, he broke the drain on that frigThe repair man was told the replacement frig needed to measure no more than inchesThat information was disregarded by the warehouse and they claimed they "had the same frig"It was not the same and too bigThat was not our faultThen the manager did not call us back with a plan, as he said he wouldInstead we were left with no information until the next day when WE calledThe replacement was not received at my house until 4:pm on day and again was not measured by the warehouse correctly, despite multiple calls and my husband stopping by the store with the informationMy husband had to remove parts from the back of the frig in order to get it through the doorway and it needed to be tipped on its sideThe delivery man told us due to all the movement of the frig, it would not be able to be plugged in for hours so that the gases dissolved and compressor would work properlyThat means we are still not able to use it until 5:tonightNot only did that result in lost days of work, but food was lost from the frig and freezer nowThe only advice we received was to go buy ice to keep food cool longerAlso, the delivery guy was very rude in our home, complaining of having to come to our house multiple times and said if we didn't make the frig fit he was not coming back ever againThat's why my husband spent mins labor to remove and replace the grid on the back of the frigI have yet to receive any phone call lead alone apology from the manager whom I spoke to twice and my husband spoke to over the phone and in person about our concerns and disappointment Sincerely, [redacted] ***

My respond to this complain is that the split of the prices were the 36'' [redacted] cafe refrigerator $1,the range [redacted] Cafe double oven $1, [redacted] cafe dishwasher and microwave was $Samsung washer we negotiated for $and a fridge that he bought his friend for $We were waiting for a load of microwaves to send one to the gentleman he has been really patient with us we will refund what he paid for the microwave $and $for the Samsung washerI will send a check in the mail next week of the total of $We apologize for the inconvenienceThank you Quality Prodcuts, LLC

I found their ad on CraigslistI was impressed with selection and pricesUpon arriving there we were promptly greeted by Laurie who was very knowledgable and friendlyPurchased a refrigerator and had it delivered the next dayAfter a couple of days it needed alittle tweeking, so I called Laurie and she couldn't have been more accomadating, within a few hours Sam arrived and promply fitted my issueHer staff is very professionalThey even took away my old frig at no extra costI would recommend this company HIGHLY

I will like to state that this problem was resolved we gave her another set plus $refundThis problem was resolved on Saturday April 14.

On disclosure of this complaint I will like to say that this problem has been solved since yesterday. The first mistake is that they bought a refrigerator that didn't fit thru their door, We swap the refrigerator after two days because our truck broke down situation that's not in our hands. Also...

this is a used appliance business and costumer signed receipts that states that we are not liable for any damages or loss of goods. Sorry for the bad experience for this costumer but next time they should make sure of what they are buying fits in their space, that way situations like this don't happen. I am rejecting this response because: Both units are of lesser value by both the model and age. I also requested a written 90 warranty to start from te date they finally brought the exchange units and...

I also asked for a $200.00 refund as they chanrged me more for the units I first purchased than the ones that they exchanged. I am happy that these units are working at this time and with the refund and written warranty to start from Januarary 2,2016 since I purchased them on November 14,2015 and they were notified the next day that there were problems.

We were waiting for a load of...

microwaves to send one to the gentleman he has been really patient with us we will refund what he paid for the microwave $300 and $300 for the Samsung washer. I will send a check in the mail next week of the total of $600. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you Quality Prodcuts, LLC

This issue has been resolved we swapped both items for this costumer.

I am rejecting this response because: The original refrigerator we purchased on 10/15/15 was measured and fit perfectly into our doorway. When the repairman came, he broke the drain on that frig. The repair man was told the replacement frig needed to measure no more than 26 inches. That information was disregarded by the warehouse and they claimed they "had the same frig". It was not the same and too big. That was not our fault. Then the manager did not call us back with a plan, as he said he would. Instead we were left with no information until the next day when WE called. The replacement was not received at my house until 4:30 pm on day 3 and again was not measured by the warehouse correctly, despite multiple calls and my husband stopping by the store with the information. My husband had to remove parts from the back of the frig in order to get it through the doorway and it needed to be tipped on its side. The delivery man told us due to all the movement of the frig, it would not be able to be plugged in for 24 hours so that the gases dissolved and compressor would work properly. That means we are still not able to use it until 5:00 tonight. Not only did that result in 2 lost days of work, but food was lost from the frig and freezer now. The only advice we received was to go buy ice to keep food cool longer. Also, the delivery guy was very rude in our home, complaining of having to come to our house multiple times and said if we didn't make the frig fit he was not coming back ever again. That's why my husband spent 30 mins labor to remove and replace the grid on the back of the frig.
