Review: Quality was recommended to me by the manufacturer of my ice maker [redacted], as a factory service center. They came to my house and said that the fan motor was no good. They made the repair and charged me $238.36 for the repair which was paid in cash. Three days later the ice maker was still not making ice. I called them and they said they would send a technician back to look at the ice maker. They never showed up and never called me. I called them back and the women apologized and made another appointment. Here we are today and the technician has not showed up again. I called at 2:50 pm and was assured that I am the next customer and he will at my house. At 4:45 he still has not come. I called and she said she can't get a hold of him and doesn't know where he is. They wasted two of my days waiting for a repairman. I asked to talk to a supervisor was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one came to the phone. I called back and the answering machine said that they are closed for the day.Desired Settlement: Refund my money and I will go elsewhere for service.

Review: Starting in early March, the water does not shut off during the wash cycle on our washer. As I had purchased an extended warranty with [redacted], I gave them a call. They put me in contact with Quality Repair, as the service provider in the area. On March [redacted], Quality Repair showed up for appointment and assessed our washer. Three parts needed to be ordered and they would contact me when parts came in. The next appointment was scheduled for April [redacted]. Quality Repair did not show up for appointment. Third appointment was on April [redacted]. At this appointment, I was informed another part needed to be ordered. Fourth appointment was set for April [redacted]. Second appointment they did not show up for or inform me they would not be coming. Fifth appointment scheduled for May [redacted]. During this appointment, they were able to get machine to run through a full wash cycle. On Sat. May [redacted], the problem with the water not turning off during the wash cycle came back. I followed up with [redacted] and Quality Repair. In early May, Quality Repair indicated they knew which part needed to be ordered for the washer and it would be ordered. The part came in the week of May ** but next (sixth) appointment was not scheduled until June [redacted], the next time they would be in **. June [redacted] was the third appointment they did not show up for. Seventh appointment scheduled for June [redacted]. At 11 am on June [redacted], Quality Repair calls to inform me they have the incorrect part for the washer and will not be coming. This is now the fourth appointment they have not shown up for. I immediately called the office to voice my dissatisfaction with this and requested that the replacement part be shipped over night so work could be completed the next day. They said they are working on it and will let me know the outcome. They could have known as early as mid-May when the part arrived that the wrong part was ordered, or at least on June [redacted] if they were checking parts for the service appointments to be completed that day. The correct part should have been available for the appointment on June [redacted]. As of the end of business on June [redacted], I had not heard back from Quality Repair.Desired Settlement: On Friday, June [redacted], it will be 13 weeks since the first appointment on March **.

I want my washer repaired ASAP (prefer by June [redacted]) or deemed un-repairable.

I would also like compensation for my time and additional expenses incurred during while I have been waiting to have my washer repaired.
