Review: I had a new roof installed 3 years ago and every year have had some sort of major water leaking. I called him twice now and have texted him. He is completely ignoring my calls. On past repairs he has been rude and confrontational. This is a brand new roof and he is not taking responsibility for his poor workmanship. I have a major leak in my upstairs bathroom that has water dripping down my ceiling light fixture, enough to live with a bucket in the middle of my bathroom. Along with this is water damage above my two windows. I have emails, texts and photos documenting his failure to fix my issues. I am unemployed and don't have the money to hire another contractor. The estimates I have been getting are around $1,000+.Desired Settlement: IDEALLY: I would rather be reimbursed for the total amount so I can hire a COMPETENT roofer to repair/replace the damaged area. I would like to have the roof REPLACED (not "repaired" as they tried that already). I would like an english-speaking contractor to be onsite as I do not speak Spanish. I also would like to be reimbursed for the damages to any surface that will have to be re-drywalled. He also left an unprofessional, sloppy patch in a back bedroom that should be repaired properly.

Hello-this is a follow-up from a recent complaint we had against our company. As we had mentioned on our previous email regarding Ms [redacted], in the past-we have worked with her to resolve the issues that she was concerned about. We have been out to her property a number of times, but clearly she wasn't satisfied with our efforts. In order to accommodate Ms [redacted], we wasted a lot of our time on fixing stuff on her home that was NOT related to our work. Just last week, Ms [redacted] wanted me to go personally and not members of our crew to look at her roof, unfortunately, I was on a business trip and could not meet with her. I contacted Ms [redacted] last week so we can get this resolved and move on, but she did not allow us to go. We did everything we could for her, besides that-her demeanor towards us was very rude, disrespectful, made and continues to make false accusations about us. On top of that, she has pending invoices due from having us go there so many times and never even fully paid her original amount due on the roof replacement. Our company strives on making every customer of ours pleased and fully satisfied at the end of the day. In the 7 official years we've been in business, we have had nothing but great success and tons of compliments on our work and overall excellent customer satisfaction that led to numerous referrals in both commercial and residential customers. We install a great amount of roofs every year and every roof is installed correctly and in accordance to specs. This is our first run-in with a very unpleasant customer who was clearly on a mission to try and ruin our success and reputation.

We ask your company (Revdex.com), to help us maintain our good A+ Rating standing and to please close this case that shouldn't have gotten to this point. Thank you for your understanding!

I am appalled at his accusations that I was rude, disrespectful and made false accusations, as well as numerous others.

Review: I have made numerous calls to Quality Roofing at different times of the day and only received their voice mail. I left

my name and number for them to return my call and have not heard from them. Quality Roofing repaired our garage

roof and now has signs of deterioration; I need their assessment of the problem.

Have they gone out of business? Are they on vacation? Have they changed their name or merged with anotheer

company.
