Quality Suites Inn Greentree

Review: I am staying at the quality inn on mansfield. My husband and I are disabled and have a service dog. There is no water tonight; you cannot flush the toilet! When I called the office the manager would not get on the phone. We cannot move to their "sister" hotel because it says no dogs. The water main broke on Saturday and we have had intermittent water since we checked in. The manager will not even offer a discount off of the room. They have charged our card 490$ for the week and we cannot afford to move to another hotel. This is unbelievable.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund or at least a decent discount off of our rate would be the decent thing to do. The management says that the water main is not theirs, but the city's, however, it is in the middle of the parking lot! This is criminal in my opinion. To take advantage of people with disabilities is ridiculous.

Review: We booked this hotel for two nights as we were visiting pittsburgh. Upon arrival, this hotel was dirty, the shower rod was was falling off the wall, maid service did not clean our room for our whole stay which resulted in dirty diaper piling up and there looked like there was mold or rot in some places on the wall and ceiling. In addition, there was ants crawling all over the place even on my 3 month old infant daughter among other service problems we encounter. We addressed these issues with the manager and she said she would issue a refund because the state of the hotel and problems we encountered. She then denied the refund to Expedia where we placed our reservation. This is very unethical business practices on their part. We have contacted her serveral times with no response. This hotel should not be advertising as a clean 3 star hotel when in fact it is more like a run down hotel that you see hookers at. They subjected my children, my husband and I to rooms in unhealthy state and we could not even leave due to them doulble charging us for the room.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for both nights stayed at the hotel and an apology from the manager. In addition, I think they should fix these issues and advertise correctly the state of the rooms so other unsuspecting families don't have the experience we did.

Review: My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn on 700 Mansfield Ave. From 9/30 to 10/02. The whole time during the stay house keeping was never in our room. The bed was never taken care of the trash can was over flooring. We never were given clean towels. The carpet was filthy part of the carpet in front of the sliding glass door was soaked. The room smelled of mold. The reason for the stay was for a football game the hotel had shuttle that took us to the game the ride to the game was great but the ride back was a living [redacted] at one point we thought the driver was going to run over someone trying to cross the road because he could not wait for the light to change. He was running stop signs like they were not there could not get out to open the door for us to get in the van. We were so glad to make it safe. I tried to call customer service but I was put on hold for long time and never got to talk to anyone so I went this route.Desired Settlement: That the place gets inspected. Something off our stay. Somewhere else or off this stay.
