Quality Tire and Lube

Took vehicle to the location for repair and got the vehicle back with the same issues multiple times. I took my vehicle to this establishment on a Wednesday and it sat there until thursday evening. When we received our vehicle it would grind heavily when we turned to the left took the vehicle back up there and they fixed the issue after waiting for three hours. We were concerned about our break light and ABS light being on, so for them to test the issue they said that it would be awhile that there were other cars in front of ours, which isn't right due to this problem hasn't occurred until they had the car. We left the facility and went to another repair shop where he offered them to fix it if they would pay him to complete the job and they refused that they wanted to finish the repair. We took the vehicle back to the shop on a Friday and they so called fixed it, the lights were off and running fine, after that come Saturday as we are about to go out of town the vehicle made a grinding noise and the ABS light appeared again. The owner was contacted about the issue and said he would fix the problems without any troubles. But this is a constant issue with this business and it needs to be resolved. Desired SettlementDue to the problems with the car after repair and us coming all the way out to this location when we live in South Carolina I feel we should be reimbursed of all the cost that was paid. $887.60. Otherwise courts will handle the case at hand. Abs light came back on the next day as stated in customer compliant so when which came back we rechecked abs codes which this time was in reference to the rear wheel so we rereplaced rear hub assy which did not take care of rear abs code so abs code should be a sensor problem not a bearing problem which is the noises that we repaired when we replaced bearings. The grinding noise when it came back in was brake pads which we replace at no charge.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The problem with the grinding on the vehicle remains, and as a customer that has took this car to the establishment three times I refuse to take it back a third attempt. It was stated by the owner that they have had difficulty in repairing the vehicle. It was stated that we needed to replace the sensor on the vehicle that it was broken this part was not broken when the vehicle came to the shop for repair. I feel for the time and the ability to not fix the issue with our vehicle that we should be reimbursed the total cost of the repair and labor that was paid so I can use that money to take to another establishment to get the problem resolved with our vehicle. This is the only right solution in this matter for both parties as it is a customer service issue. Final Business Response When the vehicle left it was not grinding. I don't understand how a complete refund would be fair when tires are in that price, cv axle is in that price.When vehicle left here only issue to my understanding was the ABS light which had a rear sensor code which we replaced rear hub axel not rear abs sensor.We stand behind our work and at this time they may bring it back or take what ever action they feel to take.
