On 05/26/I ordered a hibiscus and a rose bush over the phone and was told it would be $tlI then saw a charge of $on my debit card 05/27/i went in to village florist to talk to them, and they realized that they overcharged me; they said that they did not know how to process a refund and that I would have to come back; I called back requesting the refund again on 06/06/because it still had not been doneAs of 06/07/the credit still had not been issued, so I called again and spoke to *** (sp?) and she attempted to process that credit over the phone; however, it was not processed as a credit of $but instead was a charge for $53.00; I then called them, and they disagreed with me that it was a charge and said that is was a creditso I waited for it to clear the bank from the pending stageCome 06/08/

Horrible arrangement for the funeral of a dear friendAfter calling to voice my disappointment I was told that I would receive a refund of my purchase price but not the delivery which was fineA week later no refund had been given so I called again I was told that the owner thought the arrangement was beautiful and that she did it herself and no refund would be issuedI was then hung up onvillage Florist will never have my business again and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this horrible businessThis place obviously needs a lesson o custom tee satisfaction not the owners
