Review: I called to get an estimate on railing replacement. I called every week for 6 weeks and was told they would get back to me,I would be prioritized to get an eatimat, I was next on the list,etc. I n ever heard back. I visited their business twice,the last time being told they would be out to my house shortly-that day.I went home and waited and they never showed up ,never called. Last time I called I was crying,I was so upset.It made no difference to them.I have never been treated this way by any business.Something is definitely wrong with this company. . The man I spoke to who said he was coming to my house was the [redacted]I spoke on the phjone to a man named Jim.Desired Settlement: An explanation of why I was treated this way anbd an apology.
