We had Quality Windows install 18 windows and 2 patio doors.We are verry happy and would highly recommend them.

I needed a new weather stripping on one window and two screens needed repair, Todd from Quality Window Specialists came to my home and took the weather stripping and the screens with him. He came back within that week to replace the weather stripping and took a week to two weeks to fix the screens. His customer service and work ethic was very professional and timely during a very busy time for them. I have had no problems with the Alside window that I purchased from Quality Window Specialists, my dogs did the damage. I would recommend this company and product.

Quality Window Specialist installed three double-hung and one bay window in our house last Spring. The entire purchasing process from the initial selection of the windows, inspecting the windows prior to installation and prompt professional installation was excellent. We intend to have Quality Window Specialist replace our three basement windows this Spring. I would fully recommend this company for window installation.

That I was pleased with the front storm and entry, garage service storm and rear storm doors when I had them installed on my home in 2011 was the reason I have kept the contact information available as I do plan on using them for a business improvement I have in mind. What has prompted this entry is because of the service I received when, due to the front storm being caught in a heavy wind and the door jamb damaged, I recently returned to the office. I was thoroughly impressed with the effort Todd made to connect me with the appropriate parts supplier and his work to minimize my repair costs. I will definitely be a "returning customer."

Excellent company to go through. Prior to choosing Quality Window Specialists, we obtained estimates from several other companies and found Quality Windows to be the most knowledgeable regarding their product. Jeff, the owner was quick to respond to our questions; our windows were ordered, delivered and installed within the time frame we were told. The installers lived up to our expectations, were very polite and thorough throughout the installation process and clean up. We highly recommend this company.

In 1984, Quality Windows installed all new windows and doors in our home. The installation was perfect, never had to call about anything.Now it is Aug. 24, 2015 and the crank mechanism on one of my casement windows broke. I called Quality and spoke with Todd. Todd checked through the old parts and found one that would fit my
31 year old window, he didn't even charge me for the part. I went home and installed the part that worked perfectly. I have and will continue to recommend Quality Windows to anyone I know. I can't say enough about Todd and Jeff who has installed doors for my friends. You just don't find service like Quality provides anymore.

About 10 years ago, we invested about 20K in updating the windows in our home. Quality Windows sold us St. James windows with a lifetime guarantee. Over the years, they were reluctant to service the windows, and it was difficult to get issues addressed. This year, we had a glass pane break. When we called to discuss the need to have it fixed, we were told our warranty would not be honored (St. James windows went out of business). We asked about other issues with our windows and we were quoted $64/half hour. This is $128/hour for window work, which feels extreme. So outside of there unwillingness to stand behind a product they promoted, sold and installed, they were very reluctant to service what they sold. Our overall customer experience has been negative, and I would not recommend this company.

They did a very nice job on our bow window, it turned out great.

I had all new windows and 2 outside doors installed by Quality Windows in October 2015. I went through the winter with no leaks or condensation on the windows. I am very pleased with the whole experience with them. I have had a number of compliments on how nice the house looks! The installation team was so nice to work with, and several friends who have experience with window installation have told me that the job looks very well done.

They put in a very large front window for me and it turned out better than I had imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.
